Are you saying the big machine only Learns from other remotes? Instead of sending a Code so that other remotes can be programmed TO the big machine? In other words, the machine only receives a code, and it does not SEND the code.. correct?
I don’t get it. My remote randomly stopped working the other day. I changed the battery and it started blinking again but won’t open the door. I’ve tracked resetting the opener and then learning the new code. Following these steps to the T. Doesn’t work. Learn code, blinks, press button, solid red, press and hold again, rapid red blinking. Over tried pressing and not holding after it’s solid and rapid blinking. What am I doing wrong here? This should be so simple.

The thing works only with remote for that door. I had to buy a 11$ remote for that legacy door and this videos worked perfect!
