- Our French cleat clamp rack holds up to 40 clamps in only 18" of wall space. The French cleat design lets us move the clamp rack anywhere we want and our clamps are always immediately available when needed. Centralizing our clamp storage has really sped things up in the wood shop and now our clamps aren't scattered everywhere when we are finished with a project. You need to build one of these!

Is there a reason you didn't screw the brackets to the backer BEFORE installing the cleat... tougher to mark the screw locations on the cleat.

I can’t believe you didn’t use a fence on your table saw when you made your cut. That’s just asking for trouble. One slight movement and you’ve got a board kicked back into your gut..
