Ingredients ( 8 pieces)
65g water, 4g instant dry yeast
20g sugar, 4g salt, 70g milk
200 g bread flour
30 g soft butter at room temperature
2 potatoes (medium size)
4 pieces of Colby Jack cheese (can be substituted for sliced cheese)
8 slices of ham
mayonnaise, pepper, salt
When using a stand mixer (depending on the stand mixer specifications)
1. Add all ingredients except butter.
2. Mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
3. Mix 5-6 minutes on medium speed
4. Add butter.
5. Mix 5-6 minutes on medium speed
When using a stand mixer, use cold water and milk temperatures.
tip
Water, milk: use cold in summer
Water, milk: spring, autumn, winter room temperature
Preheat the oven.

발효가ㅡ많아서 힘든거아쉬워요 애가ㅡ바로또만들어달래요ㅜ
