Ingredients ( 8 donuts, 8 mini donuts)
100g water, 6g instant dry yeast
45g milk, 30g sugar, 6g salt
1 egg
Bread flour 300g
Glaze: 180g powder sugar, 30g milk, 30g melted unsalted butter
Appropriate frying temperature 170~180℃ (338~356℉)
Never fry at a high temperature, fry while maintaining the proper frying temperature.
Spread 33g of room temperature soft butter evenly over the dough.

When using a stand mixer (depending on the stand mixer specifications)
1. Add all ingredients except butter.
2. Mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
3. Mix 5-6 minutes on medium speed

I think this is a great recipe. I didn't get them right (no white line on the side that shows it fermented correctly) and they were still very tasty and with good enough texture. So good recipe because even if you don't get it perfect it will still be good!!!

Fiz ficou muito bom mesmo.
just made these yesterday! I love that this recipe is hand knead-friendly. Although, next time I’d rather made smaller donuts (10-12 donuts preferably). This jumbo size is way too big for my liking 😆 Also, the method of kneading is new to me and very easy to follow BUT it has so many resting (30+30+30+1hr+1hr).
Anyway, thanks for this recipe. This channel is my go-to now!
