I think you have to check Accra, Ghana embassy again. It is doing so well. They have worked on 125 visas already as at 01.01.2023. 49 visas already issued, 55 ready and 11 refusal. Their refusal rate is very high though. But this year, they are working.

He is not yet her (legal) husband so it's only the child that is considered. Let her make known to the CO (with relevant documents) the existence of the newborn. (The child had to be born RECENTLY - when unlocking her DS 260 was no longer possible - Hope that's the case). Her husband will only come into the picture (with documents) if the wedding takes place BEFORE the interview. If it's the other way around, then she may file for him to join her when doing same for the child (i.e. after she emigrates). As things stand, she can not go with them.
