At least put some gauze over the area’s bleeding to help keep it cleaned instead of just smearing it when you wipe.

I think she cleans his face before and after treatment. And since I think the gauze would be inefficient, she doesn’t use it maybe.

Thuy is good at finding hidden acne but mangled cystic acne
Returning client. He's been treated at Sac Dep Spa by Thuy for a couple of years. None of us know the complete story behind this person, but the smallest incisions with Thuy's blade produces more blood than usual. There may be underlying health issues we will never know about, so here is my point: Don't assume you know best how to treat one of Thuy's client's in a country still paying (big time) for the chemicals used during the Vietnam War (agent orange). Compassion is the key word here - for both the client and Thuy.
It is pretty clear that he was somewhat anemic. I think she did an amazing fucking job keeping it together throughout this. It's got to be intense for both of them.
Yes ur exactly right most people don't know these people's problems. They just don't think about the wars that were fought there.

Antibiotics such as doxycycline and tetracycline would help with the infections & puss.
You don’t have to know the history to see that this procedure is terribly unsanitary. I hope an antibiotic is used by this client.

I have noticed that as well. More intense cases than usual. I don't know how she does this. Just jumps into other people's blood like it's easy to stick a razor in someone's face repeatedly. But it is obviously needed.

I really wish you would use the needle, instead.The blade turns every spot into a wound, leaving two things to heal and doubling the chances for infection.
You could always go and find someone who uses a needle instead of asking her to change the way she does things, you know? Loan, Hien Van, that's two for starters for you..

I've been watching these videos for years and really wish you would use gauze or cotton squares to catch blood and discharge when you lance cystic acne. The bloody gloves are very off-putting as tho the patient lost the battle. Would imagine it would be more efficient than mopping up after. See Hein Van
