Cystic acne is usually not treated in the same session as blackhead extractions as it can cause further infection. But it’s still super annoying to not see it be done!! 😊🙏🏻
@@wanderingrachael I feel so sorry for these young men with young men and women with such serious acne. They must be in pain all the time. I have seen some that do the juicy ones in the same session as the blackheads and I worry because they don’t stop and disinfect the needle. they just go from the juicy ones to the other ones.

I suffer from cystic acne, the prescription meds, over the counter products never worked for me, what did however, was consuming alkaline water. When the breakouts start back up, I would go back to the alkaline water, but now for the last year, I only drink distilled water, which keep the skin clear.

The pores need to be emptied. If there is anything left behind we all know it activates them and the patient is forced to return. If they only knew that the subscriptions and viewers will skyrocket if the pores are emptied. It would be a win-win for all. Oh... No more drinking on the job for the cameraman...

I would enjoy this as a job. Lol I used to do this for my siblings growing up. (Originally they had bullied me into it.) Back then it was a sewing needle, rubbing alcohol, tissue for the zit collection, dry rag for the bloody zits, and a damp wash cloth to clean the face.
One of Thuys best. No unnecessary poking and stabbing so she not working in a blood bath No trauma or unnecessary pain for client She worked methodically clearing smaller areas at a time No removal in inflamed area until all other pores emptied . All signs of a true professional. The clients care is what is paramount in these sessions not the public’s cravings.!! Have a little consideration ! Thank you Thuy a video showing how it should be done 👏👏👏👏👏
She should have stopped and put on a new glove when her finger nail broke through the end of her glove!
Not so easy. Some pimples need a cut so she does not have to press so hard and much of bleeding is from infections under the skin

Good video overall but a bit annoying to sit through an advertisement every few minutes just to have the camera move away when the really big spots get squeezed.
I have a GREAT hack. I always watch the ads at the beginning just because but as soon as the video starts scrub through to the end by dragging the play line to the end. At the end of the video you get the opportunity to repeat (provided you don’t have the automatic play next video on). Then click the repeat symbol. You won’t get the ads.
That's how they make money. They don't post videos for any other reason.
I agree love this channels videos will all watch but this one the camera person was not good they moved it with her hands and we missed the good pops not just one but too many. Thank you for posting all your videos ❤️
@@berrymkay yes I understand, and I am perfectly happy with a few ads but 2 ads every 3-4 minutes on a clip this long was a bit too much. And then when the good pops came they pulled away. It just left me feeling a bit peeved which is a shame because Sac dep spa is one of my favourites.

Disclaimer: this isn’t the recommended way to treat acne and for most people will make it worse. It can work but it’s just not very hygienic and can stress the skin and spread bacteria 🦠

At least Sac Dep Spa actually wipes their gloves off periodically &/or changes out the gloves. Many other channels just keep piling on the waste sebum.

I never got these treats. I still have scars but know my face is fine. I just washed my face twice a day, and kinda change my diet. That worked for me really well

Yes! To be fair, I believe Thúy has only been using these magnifiers for a few weeks? I've been following her (or Sac Dep Spa) for a couple of years, but I never saw anyone wearing any glasses. I often wondered HOW Thúy could get such elusive, hidden pops out!

To everyone talking about the ads, please know that UA-cam has just begun to add them to all videos that don't make specific changes to their settings, including the number of ads per video. This is probably UA-cam's doing not the spas.
They are real pain because it cut great work from the best videos
I wonder if complaining to UA-cam would yield any results?? I mean... if UA-cam makes changes that hurt a business by causing a loss of viewers & subscribers (and lost revenue) you'd think they'd consider revising those changes, right?

I am ALL for these hard working gals at the spas cashing in on UA-cam ad revenue. I don't mind watching a few ads per video regularly for a "good cause" like supporting these ladies. But... GEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZUUUSSSSSS!! The amount of ads in this video & the other spa videos now is *EXCESSIVE.* By any standard. And the increase happened practically overnight. I lost count of the total number, but at last count it was averaging 2 or more ads every 2-3 minutes. Like I said... excessive.
I don't know how many viewers/subscribers will have the patience to stick with it and not just go find similar content elsewhere with fewer ads. 🤷♀️ I love this channel and this gal! But I have my limits. Everyone does.

UA-cam legally cannot add this many ads to a channel. They can add a small few max. These ads are the result of the the channel owner Sac D. It is definitely a shame and overkill here. I market for my own company so that's why I am extremely familiar with how UA-cam works their ads. Shame on Sac D for getting greedy.
She’s finally getting pay by UA-cam that’s why. For the last year or more she did it for just to get enough viewers
The number of ads can be specified, but the chanel owner can't dictate where the videos are placed within that video. So SacDep has chosen to have this many ads play for this video.
I used to be the patient who was treated like this with a lot of red and white acnes on my face. If you watch through this video, it's really satisfying but in fact it was hurt a lot and I felt like my skin became rougher and weaker a lot.

Although the commenters on these videos are often joking and lighthearted, I'm sure most of us feel great compassion and understanding for the pain and embarrassment suffered by acne patients. It was 3 months ago and there are still scars on my cheek and forehead. The decision of going to the doctor is far better than spa to be honest.

This is not a very clean procedure. Leaving all the blood and pus on the gloves will just spread it around the face and give them more breakouts.

Whoever is doing these extractions is wonderful. Not only in not using the lancet very often but also making sure each pore is cleaned out.
You are right..it's nice to see someone squeeze before they stab and make a bloody mess...they can always go back and poke the stubborn ones but no need to open every pore before trying to clear the pore.

I know this man from last time .. His face was in a catastrophic condition .. But now you can see the progress and his face is recovering .. This woman is a miracle!
She has a very thorough technique and great photography, but it is annoying that she shows the large inflamed areas and then ignores them for the tiniest most of the videos!
I just scanned through the video and unless I'm mistaken there wasn't any cleansing of the nose pores in the entire hour. As for the inflamed areas, I think UA-cam's rules about showing blood have them all worried.
Believe it or not, they are trained to remove the small ones first.
@@shave-a-thon3415 she only cleaned the sides of the nose along the crease and a couple on the sides of the bridge. Oh, I forgot. She does do some on the top of the nose as well. That larger red one and a couple of small ones 😊
@@ilseryan8145 That's probably so there's not a mess created all through the procedure. The tough ones on each side of the face go last because they're going to create the most residual material.
@@julie6092 Would you have a time stamp? I try to post a time stamp if I see them. If you just post the time in digits with a colon in between minutes and seconds, YT creates a direct link to that time in the video.
I can't see sitting for an hour watching small forehead pops. They sometimes edit out parts where there's too much bleeeding, so why not edit out the little squeezes, and ensure they spend at least 5 minutes on the most interesting pore cleansing - the nose?
Makes me crazy when it’s a quick and shallow squeeze. You aren’t expressing the entire pore which means it will fill up again right away. The satisfaction is seeing each one completely emptied.
You have to remember if she keeps squeezing she may hurt the patient and trust me it hurts like crazy

@@tatumgross9391 that's right and the fact that if it's not emptied means it will come back and need treating again. So really the pain shouldn't be an issue get it over and done 1st time so no more follow ups extra pain and another fee.
@@raquelscott8278 so you would rather it come back again so not only does the patient have to return again but pay for more treatment. It's a viscous circle. I say deal with it get it over and done with then it's gone no more pain or throwing money down the drain. If I pay for a service I expect to get that service. I would video the procedure and if the acne/blackheads reoccurred in the same place I would return and expect it to be fixed and I would not pay as the initial treatment that I paid for was obviously not performed satisfactorily.
@@sandranash3944 but heres the thing if you squeeze to tight that can cause scars on your face and some dont heal so I would rather go than to have a whole bunch of scars on my face

Okay first things first I love these kind of videos of people popping zits and pimples and blackheads. I enjoy it a lot. But the other thing is I feel really sad when people have skin conditions. Weatherby eczema which I personally have eggs, but it's not super bad. Or if they have like psoriasis or acne. These skin conditions are very very uncomfortable for a lot of people. Some of them have it worse than others some of that have it that bad. And I know how it feels to be bullied because of a skin condition. It's horrible I mean I've seen people get picked on because they have zits or pimples I personally been picked on because I had a mild case of acne when I was very very very mild. But as I got older it got better. I don't have as many skin issues as I did when I was younger. But I know what that's like to be picked on because of skin condition. So I feel really bad for people that have these issues. Because I know how uncomfortable it can be. Not only physically uncomfortable but emotionally uncomfortable. Because so many people judge people by their looks and it is just a sucky way to judge people. But the way I look at it if they can't like you for who you are then they don't have the right to know you. It is not your loss it's their loss because they miss out on a very interesting and unique person.
