You need to explain to her that they need to come out before they get to big and the pores are damaged . cuz once they get so big that the pore is damaged it won't matter once they come out she will have big open pores that will continue to get clogged and be big holes for the rest of her life . also not to be rude but it is never attractive to have blackheads on your face and back or to have big pores . sorry if you or her find that rude but I am just being honest .
You're better off not not popping them. There's no truth to them damaging pores; in fact you're more likily to scar if you do. That said, nobody can resist, except the guy in this video. I've known only a few people don't have the instinct to pick.

They aren't ingrown. Every pore has a hair follicle. Each hair has a "lifespan" and the hair inside the pore that comes out with the sebum has reached its end and there's a new hair underneath it.
@@eline8011 Maybe you're right, but they all looked straight like they were growing along the path of the pore. I consider ingrown hairs to be ones that curl back and actually create the infection. Those just seemed caught up in it. 😂
I've got where the only ones I like are the oily little onion pearls that you see a lump under the skin and barely squeeze and it jumps out so youthful and white! Lol🤍💨🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚
Yes, those one are the best and when two or three pop at the same time! When they are close together I want her to stab all three and make them pop at the same time. She is doing that in some of the newer videos!

We don't actually see the whole treatment process just 11 minutes. Her website talks about what the treatment actually involves and how long. I think they film what they think popacholics want to see - action.
This treatment was so thorough even my own skin feels relieved. Well done again, Thuy. You were as gentle as you could be while helping your client, and some of those sacs and ingrown hairs were fighters.
Glad to see this young person is getting good treatment for their acne. Would a facial scrub remove the dry skin ? I think it would help, plus light moisturizer. TY
The tech working this one was excellent! Fast and clean and very satisfying to watch. As someone else commented, they really need to do an ‘after’ shot of client’s face...hopefully after it’s been thoroughly cleaned and medicated, poor guy
So if you look at the combination of the super flaky skin and most of these blemishes having hairs wrapped around them (as in most of these Asian videos) it proves the need for great exfoliation, which helps to unclog pores and leaves them open for the hair to grow, also proper exfoliation helps cell turn over rate and rids the healthy alive skin of the dead skin that can act like cement allowing for a good moisturizer to penetrate.
Acne related problems such as this are genetic amongst people of Asian decent across the world. In many countries picking at your own skin is considered dirty and unhygienic so very frowned upon. Hence spas like this on most streets. We don't see the whole treatment process and if you look at her website it details what a treatment includes. Some of the channels have progress and results videos where people have life changing improvements. So they are doing something right. Sorry married to a dermatologist so full of useless information.

Skin might be dry because of medication. Some acne meds cause really dry skin patches.
They have them wash their face with a special soap that dries out the skin, but also draws all the oil up , so they can extract them.
