Thank you so much for this video; I relate so much! I won't go into all my own details but I have to say (as much as I hate that you have this experience, too) it's so nice to hear someone else say these things and have some validation and know I'm not the only one! I also have emetophobia but I didn't know it was an actual thing until a few years ago (and this is my first time hearing about ARFID), so my whole life I carried shame and anxiety about it. I also have other chronic health issues (autoimmune disease & anxiety disorder & the complicated tangle resulting from those) that have played into my food issues and I definitely understand some of the vicious cycles. Thank you - again - for opening up about this!

I now see why your trying to bulk up! I don't know if your under weight or not but it's the person inside that matters the most! If you love a person you accept them for all the things they have wrong with them! Over the years I have had & still have different medical problems but I am still me! You are gorgeous max especially with your short green hair! I have learnt something new today! I had never heard of VSS or CU until I watched your videos and now this!but like a lot of us you don't like to make a big deal out of it but raise awareness of different medical conditions! This is yet another example of a hidden disability! You should be so proud of yourself max & brave for telling us all 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
as someone who's struggled with ARFID for as long as i can remember, i'm so happy to hear you talking about it. what i experience is very similar to what you talked about, and i never hear anyone talk about it, so i'm so happy i found this video. i hope you're doing okay
Well done for sharing this! I would guess that your nausea & physical symptoms have also played a big part in you developing this, which is understandable
