Very nice video! I think I have reached the intermediate level now and I find your skill tree very accurate. I hope I can level up my fitness path this year.

The skill tree, this one and the last one is so well thought out and presented. The combination of your soothing voice, exotic accent and no nonsense is so good to watch.

Thanks for this. I think you have a very smart, effective and balanced approach to training and eating.
Out of curiosity, how many calories do you eat at maintenance and what are your body stats (height/weight) ?
I have developed a formula to calculate calories and I want to see if it applies to you.

      Hey there! thank you :)
I usually eat 3k calories at maintenance, Im 5'8' or 174cm and 91kg or 200lbs
Would be interested to see if your formula is accurate haha

      It still applies !
First, I make the assumption that the person is moderately active. (I will give the definition of being «moderately active» below).
A person who weighs 70kgs burns, on average, 2000 Cals per day. For each increment (or decrement) of 10kgs in bodyweight, add (or subtract) 400 Cals.
For example, if the person weighs 80kgs, he will burn 2400 Cals per day. If he weighs 90kgs, he will burn 2800Cals per day.
      Definition of "moderately active" :
      - If he has a sedentary job (like a software engineer for example), he trains 3 times a week. (each workout being about 1h)
      - if his job is not sedentary, he doesn’t workout at all.
If you are more active (or less active) than the "moderately active" person, you will burn more (or less) calories.
A person who is really into bodybuilding like you trains at least 5 times a week, therefore a maintenance at 3k Cals makes sense according to the formula.
