Man I remember in 2010 seeing Jay and Phil back at the Golds gym on Flimingo in Vegas I was like 18 and just started training. I was mind blown he doesn't get enough props for how absolutely massive he was like unreal!

I remember Jay being so focused on his training at this point, nothing was gonna stop him from reaching his, not even just bodybuilding goals but life goals, we always used to crack jokes after the gym and we where damn near falling asleep by the time we got home
Jay looks great in this video, especially look at the shoulder width and the calves from the back, crazy! I also like his trainingstyle, lots of volume, and he also uses some momentum, he's not too strict with his form on the exercises, just a little swing added, that's how I like it too.

At the end of the day, he did beat Ronnie. He just had to wait a bit longer.

That was former bodybuilder Craig Titus. Not long after the 2003 Mr Olympia, Craig's wife (the blonde you saw when Jay first got to the gym, the one smiling and covering her face) found out Craig was cheating on her. She told him that the only way she would forgive him is if he killed the woman. So he did. And got caught. And they both went to jail. Craig, I believe, is still in prison while his wife got a far lighter sentence despite planning the murder and helping dispose of the body. She's been out of prison for a few years now. She only served like 12-14 years I think.

that machine is the safest compare to strict barbell with heavy ass weight ..
you dont do heavy ass weight on biceps man.. thats a small muscle compare to back and chest legs has to do more weights
