I wish gyms were like this today
Facts I was thinking the same thing
You gotta go early like he did.
Imagine you’re just working out with some buddies on a Tuesday afternoon and Jay Cutler is in the mirror with his shirt off doing bicep curls.
Funny how 10-15 years before when gym wasn’t so popular and loaded with all those influencers and fitness experts, is almost half empty and everyone is doing the work instead of watching at their phones
People cant even fkn walk without staring into their phones
Like like and like again 🙏👍
It was popular 10+ years ago. Really popular. He just went early and social media was different.
@@seheadhunter50exactly. He was there early or really late.
I swear I wish it was like this now there’s nothing I hate more than a packed gym
This channel is such a goldmine, thank you
Wow, thank you!🙏🏻🙏🏻
Only one in the history ever. 2009 made history. Greatness.
best comeback ever
It's crazy how Jay rushes through his reps and does partial reps a lot of the time and was still able to develop such an amazing physique
very responsive to the gear
True, but it's heavy and he's still using the muscle. He's just not focused on time under tension.
It’s probably just a pump workout
@@jannikwe3037 Did you watch this workout? He was curling 75 pound dumbbells, which is the opposite of a pump workout. This was a heavy workout, not a pump workout. Jay rarely did strictly pump workouts. There are some pump arm pump wokouts he's done and he's using like 30-40 pound dumbells to curl with short rest in between sets.
Jay was a true volume guy
He was a mixture of high volume and high intensity, worked out well for him
@@jhutch7354 Yeah, he did both at the same time.
@@jhutch7354 Yeah, he did both at the same time.
18 days to the O so he's only going to do 20 different arm exercises today, sorry, it's not the usual 49.
The quad stump is my favorite Jay’s signature move
Tunes playing in the gym are nostalgic as
Jay Cutler.. The MOST Relentless Bodybuilder in History !!
look, back in the day when there was no IG and ppl werent selling gym motivation it was possible to go to the gym in the middle of day and still get a decent workout, nowadays gyms look like airports during holiday season, just backpacks, poofball haircut high schoolers as far as the eye can see. if i can get a fucking ab workout in i consider myself lucky
this gym with rather quiet and definitely decent music is AMAZING, its a wet dream! only you, the grunts and the weights
and Jay cutler obviously is an ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!
today gyms are loud as a club, the music is awful and all the time advertisements. i dont get it, why pay for a gym to hear advertisements all the time
4:00 that smile.. priceless
💪🏆Jay Cutler is a great bodybuilder of all time ❤️
I remember these days.I had just started following bodybuilding. Two years after this was released.I did my first teenage show. The magazine/DVD days of bodybuilding Back then it was more sacred
Another great upload, thank you big man
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Dude, this is the Jay Cutler year upload that I was waiting for. 2005 is such a good year for his shape. Can't thank you enough. If I wasn't subscribed yet, I would do it right now
Thank you! 🙏🏻
Totally agree. His conditioning was insane that year.
Caralho Jay Cutler era muito foda e muito estético, na moral
I've noticed that whatever body part jay is working on usually turn red. That's crazy! I guess you know it is being activated.
This is a real body building gym, right here.
Great video!
Thank You
Moc Video is Best BodyBuilding Channel👌
Thank you 🙏🏻
Just one year before his reign began. 😍
COME ON JAY!! COME ON!!
this channel is amazing
Jay’s the best!💪🏻💯
Superb
IMO the last Mr O that you looked at and said "WOW 😲" true mass with class.
Top video...
Top video
12:20
Jays the kind of guy to check his legs on arm day
Swooooole dudeeeee
ARM-A-GETTIN
Full arm training on the same day
Super 👍🏾
Maxing out the tricep cables for 15-20 reps. Damn!
Good
we want more videos gustavo badell brother
We will have a few more segments to upload. Stay tuned.
reminds me of the way sam sulek trains
i find it funny how every bodybuilder has to squint their eyes when flexing in front of a mirror lol
tried it before? its fkin ehausting and while training it causes extra pain in the muscle.
and now imagine having 100 pounds of aditional muscle and training as heavy as these guys ;)
なにわろとんねん
@@SparWiz_Khalifa What do you mean pain? Lactic acid is going to be similar regardless of size. Yeah, the cardio of lifting is much harder when you weigh a lot and lift like an animal. Jay was always in good cardio shape for his size as well.
Jay was fucking huge!
He was looking very good for an already older bodybuilder in 2005.
@@epaminon6196Are you slow? He was young and was the best in the world years AFTER this. Get a clue and a life.
@@epaminon6196 Jay was born in 73. 32 isn't even old these days for a bodybuilder. Late 30's to early 40's is these days though. Back in the day late 30's early 40's was considered even more normal, and Jay has specifically said that he believes he was his best in his late 30s, and finds it funny that these days late 30's is considered an older bodybuilder. 32 was always decently young, even back then, so I didn't understand your comment, but I guess you were just complimenting him which is cool, he's definitely a beast. I mean it's obviously not the beginning of career young, but it's prime age.
Jay was right in the middle of his peak which was for nearly ten years '01 to '09
back in the day this particular part 19:17 made respect Quality over Quantity.... If prime Jay cutler does the pump work with puny weights... Me as a mortal has no rights to showoff with those heavy plates...
Prime Jay Cutler?
He was already 30 to 31 years old in 2005. That's already several years past his prime.
@@epaminon6196You're clueless. Most pro athletes are at their best in their 30s. He was at his best years after this video.
@@epaminon6196You have been brainwashed by the clueless and the lazy.
He always goes heavy enough for the reps he does. It's how you recruit enough muscle fibers.
@@seheadhunter50
But doesn't degenerative aging start around the age of 20 to 25? At age 30, that deterioration should have already weakened him, shouldn't it?
He reracks his own weights
🔝🔝🔝
Plz sir upload undisputed jay cutler full movie 1080p
Hello. Unfortunately we did not film that title, so we cannot upload it. Every video on this channel was shot by Mocvideo and we own the copyrights to the footage.
yee
I love the ridiculously out of proportion pshoped thumb nail.
Actually it isn’t. I just did a screenshot of the video. No photoshop.

@@MocvideoProductions DAMN!! I stand corrected.
Hermosos brazos pero le faltan brachiorradialis 💗🖤👍🏻💝🤗💕🤩♥️❤️🤍❤️❤️🤍💜💖💘💟🤎💞

I really like jay cutler a lot, but the form is itching me after seeing lee priest training.
It’s more about contraction than full range of motion for some bodybuilders
He goes for feel (recruiting the muscle fibers of the muscle groups he's training that day) it makes perfect sense.
Jay had exceeded Lee Priest in almost every aspect of the sport. Yeah Lee still had a good career but just having good form won't make you Mr. Olympia
right quad looks small
Excelentes pero le faltan braquiorradiales
The days before (in my opinion) social media ruined bodybuilding. Jay was probably the only bodybuilder in that gym and now everyone and their dog is a bodybuilder or influencer
Torn left bicep?
Some oil Maybe...
Esiclene
He did tear it, but i'm not sure when.

Super GAY
@@dalewilson9602Quit projecting and get a life. D bag.
Light weight, bad form and let the steroids do their work
Form police are weak nobodies who are weak and clueless. Without effective training, steroids won't make anyone look unnatural. His training was effective and made him Mr. Olympia. Ps he lifted heavy all the time.
Well curling 75 pound dumbells isn't exactly considered light. You won't ever see that in most gyms. I mean did you watch this workout? He didn't really go what would be considered light on anything, although he doing some pump sets if that's what you're referring to. I don't think you watched the video though based on your comment. Don't make assumptions or it won't look good for you. At least watch the video next time before commenting, lmao.
You just keep on thinking that buddy
