Imagine you’re just working out with some buddies on a Tuesday afternoon and Jay Cutler is in the mirror with his shirt off doing bicep curls.

@@jannikwe3037 Did you watch this workout? He was curling 75 pound dumbbells, which is the opposite of a pump workout. This was a heavy workout, not a pump workout. Jay rarely did strictly pump workouts. There are some pump arm pump wokouts he's done and he's using like 30-40 pound dumbells to curl with short rest in between sets.

and Jay cutler obviously is an ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!

Back in the day late 30's early 40's was considered even more normal, and Jay has specifically said that he believes he was his best in his late 30s, and finds it funny that these days late 30's is considered an older bodybuilder. 32 was always decently young, even back then, so I didn't understand your comment, but I guess you were just complimenting him which is cool, he's definitely a beast. I mean it's obviously not the beginning of career young, but it's prime age.

Well curling 75 pound dumbells isn't exactly considered light. You won't ever see that in most gyms. I mean did you watch this workout? He didn't really go what would be considered light on anything, although he doing some pump sets if that's what you're referring to. I don't think you watched the video though based on your comment. Don't make assumptions or it won't look good for you. At least watch the video next time before commenting, lmao.
