In this video I breakdown a podcast in which Su Bingtian's coach Randy Huntington appeared on. He spoke about Su's training method. He breaks down Su's weekly schedule:
    Su Bingtian’s Sprint Training Schedule:
    Monday: #Acceleration
    Tuesday: #Lift (power)
Wednesday: Short #Speed #Endurance (ASSE/GSSE) working into pure speed day over time
Thursday: Lift (upper body + 1 power style lift) Recovery Circuits in the Afternoon
    Friday: Acceleration
Saturday : Lift (max #strength) plus longer speed endurance session
He also spoke about other important factors that helped Su Bingtian run 9.83 at the Olympics. He implements water recovery and pool workouts for all his athletes, not just Su. He also mentions how he only focuses on one training unit during a #training #session
It has also been confirmed that Su Bingtian ran the fastest 60m (6.29) ever recorded, under any conditions (followed by Usain Bolt's 6.31 and Christian Coleman's 6.32). His time would translate to an astounding 4.07 40 yard dash under NFL combine timing, way faster than the current record of 4.22 by John Ross

Thank you for this breakdown! What Su achieved in that semi finals in 2021 was absolutely unbelievable. He, who was the only athlete of non-African descent in the heat, beat the eventual gold medal winner from Italy. How is it that this short stocky relatively unknown Asian guy ran so fast being the oldest guy in the field as well. What a start!

Thanks. Succinct description of Bingtian's training program. Wow; even hydrotherapy/pool performance-applications. Guessing you are using the word 'weights' to refer to all resistance training re injury prevention and performance development.
