      James 4:7-10 KJV
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. [8] Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. [9] Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. [10] Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Has he read the whole bible ?? How he lies and express himself is well ? @@sugarbunny69janice18 my love, school or occupation or spiritual rank does not equate to eligibility to teach the truth. A pastor can be a false preacher and an independent truth seeker who has been given eyes to see and ears to hear can be fully legible to speak on a matter of course coming from conviction and leading of the Father. Don't let Christianity cloud your judgment. Search the scriptures independently without the interjection of pastors behind the pulpit because many mainstream Christians and their leader have followed Paulianity instead of Jesus, they rely on a religion and not the word of the saviour. Please pray to the Father to lead you to see the entire truth regardless of what it may appear but you need to be willing to have a heart open to the truth and to receive the truth. May this message bless you greatly.

@Paul best numbers 15:28 shows people can sin out of ignorance. You don't have to aware of you're sinning in order for it not to constitute as a sin. You're just assuming. Jesus as spoke on people not fully following the law but breaking the law without knowing they were.

@Paul best right, but I'm addressing the point in which you addressed the person making the comment. There is no one who has ever been totally without sin (not including Jesus) because the bible clearly says so but Collin feels he's doing everything exactly right, every moment of his life since his salvation. And I'm assuming you agree with him based off your comment. Of course Jesus said go and sin no more. What's He gonna say? "just dont sin too much" naw tells us to strive for perfection in our walk. You dont have to strive for perfection if you're already perfect. Jesus didnt have to because He was. By a person saying they dont sin (without realizing it) have become the standard of living because they are aware of everything that is totally right but verses like numbers 15:28 and jesus conversations with the pharisees, Peter being rebuked, failed to get acknowledged by Collin, unfortunately.

      Context is key with 1John
1 John 1:6-8 alternates between talking about someone who does not have eternal life vs someone who does.
gospel 5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
sinner 6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
saved 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
sinner 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
saved 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
sinner 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
In fact, john says in the next verses:
1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

I give all people their due rewards, according to what their actions deserve.” Right here at the end of verse 10, according to what their actions deserve. Yes your heart is wicked but your actions are your actions. Earlier in the in the same chapter,
“But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.

I believe what we have here is the wolf in sheep clothing, teaching doctrines of demons. He essentially says, if you don't become sinless, you go to hell. To stop sinning completely would be to become righteous. And who among is righteous? Paul said no one, no, not one. The change in heart of the born again christian is to recognize your own sin and to repent and ask for forgiveness. To not recognize your own sin is the danger. To justify yourself leads to destruction. By your change of heart, you will sin less, but you will sin. Demons love this guys teaching. They know many will try to do what he teaches, fail, and turn from God because they just can't do it. They quit asking for forgiveness and lose their faith.

My Father wanted me to stop sinning, and if God Almighty says STOP! Trust me, you stop. I thank and praise my heavenly Father for His loving discipline. I literally walk above the mundane world. It just has no appeal anymore. If you believe you can't stop sinning, well then you're right. If you think Christ in you can't get the job done, then you're right. ONE REALITY.Your understanding of Scripture borders on heresy. 1John.1:8. If we say we have NO SIN, we deceive ourselves, and the Truth is not in us. vs.9. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sin's, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The scripture here is speaking of all born-again Christian's. Was the apostle Paul a born-again Christian? Read how Paul struggled with sin in Romans 7. According to your sinless theology, none of us are Christian. Are you a Christian that never ever sin's? wow. I again await your reply.

If you read the couple verses right before that you get the context of those verses. John is saying that if you confess your sin then you will be cleansed of all unrighteousness and sin.
katharizō is the Greek word used for “cleanse” in verse 7 and it means “to purge.” That means the blood of Christ removes sin from our lives if we repent (turn away from it) and confess. Then we can walk in the light! 🤗
      1 John 1v5-7 KJVS
[5] This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. [6] If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: [7] But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
If we fork over our dirty feet Jesus will wash them clean. ❤️
      Matthew 19v 25-26 KJVS
[25] When his disciples heard it , they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? [26] But Jesus beheld them , and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
May God grant us all peace and knowledge of his will and way.

I am a sinless Christian... I live my life in complete righteousness and holiness. I live in a constant state of repentance so that I can remain in righteousness because I FEAR GOD ! .... I was a "believer" my entire life but my wakeup call was 18 months ago after I had fallen into lukewarmness. I was a worldly Christian and I was convicted that if Jesus came that day - I would be judged to hell. I was horrified because it was made known to me that I was FAR from the kingdom of God and yet I thought I was "safe" (saved). It took 3 months for me to get my life in order (to get right with God). I moved (rid my life of worldly possessions) and I gave up a legal case I had been working on full time for 4-5 years (I forgave everyone instead who wronged me and I still actively pray for them today). For 3 weeks straight morning to night during that time - the holy spirit brought to my mind - thought after thought after thought of unrepented sins that I was carrying around. I dealt with each thought by repenting each one as they came (2 Corinthians 10:5 (NLT) Biblegateway 5 We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.). I also dealt with unforgiveness and resentments towards those whom the holy spirit brought to my mind because we cannot be carrying around unrepented sins, resentments or unforgiveness for anyone... Once in awhile STILL, the holy spirit will bring me an unrepented sin (thought/memory) and I promptly deal with it. It was made known to me that I MUST live holy (faultless) at all times and so I stopped sinning. I no longer sin. I AM a sinless Christian because sin is a CHOICE. I might make a mistake (a small unintentional sin) but my mistakes are NOT big mistakes (big sins). They are small unintentional sins made through growing and maturing in Christ... If YOU believe you cannot stop sinning - then ask yourself what sins can't you stop? and why? because Jesus gives us the power to stop sinning WHEN we accept him into our life with TRUE humility and repentance and then we are given (granted) a new heart (we are born again). Maturing in Christ does not BEGIN until we are living in righteousness... My conviction came FIRST and then I studied the scriptures and the scriptures say that only the holy (the righteous, the pure and blameless, the faultless, the meek and mild and the humble) will see God and enter the kingdom of heaven... OSAS - I am sorry but you are believing the lie that righteousness is somehow transferred to you... it is NOT. We have a part in our own salvation. We never lose our freewill. If you cannot stop sinning - you are not honest and you are lost.

If you actually told God that you will stop sinning, then you LIED to him. If I told God that I will stop my sinning, I lied to him. Pray everyday for strength and wisdom, discernment through the Holy Spirit. It is God himself who said that we are all sinners, who have come short of HIS glory. How can we tell him that we will STOP sinning? Jesus is the only holy and righteous one. We are not. If we don't have his blood and righteousness covering us, we stink and wreak of sin.

    • @joedoe1096
      @joedoe1096 6 років тому

How about I do both? I have sinned. I pray for forgiveness, which can only be achieved through Christ's sacrifice. John, Jesus, and the apostles command me to turn from my sin, which I must do, or face judgement. So I do.
Where is this "you must return to your sin, and indeed will, God never expects anything else from his people" that you people keep preaching? When I believed what you say here, I continued in sin from the day I was "born again" until the day I heard the REAL gospel, which is REPENT (TURN) FROM YOUR SINS OR FACE THE COMING JUDGEMENT. And on that /day,/ I quit 20 years of porn addiction. The real gospel is simple and powerful. The false gospel is complicated, ignores most of scripture, produces sin, and nods in approval of those who sin, while gnashing their teeth at those who are striving daily to follow Jesus.
You say my turning from my sin nullifies Jesus sacrifice? No it doesn't, it requires it! There can be no repentance if there is no sacrifice. On the contrary, the Bible says clearly that those who receive Christ's sacrifice and return to their sins like a dog returns to its vomit have trampled the blood of Jesus, and for them there can be no more sacrifice.
Your false teaching kept me trapped in all kinds of sins for decades. You teach only the holy spirit can stop sin desires, and even then, only a little. The truth is, we are called to totally repent of our sins, and if we return to them, we forfeit everything. This true gospel produces holy fear of God, which is powerful for destroying the desire to sin. Praise God! It is wonderful to be set free. As a drunk and a fornicator I was /miserable,/ and all your pro-sin teachings could do is sear my conscience ever more dead, into ever more sin and despair.
You pharasees who justify your sins and laud those who do similarly, while attacking those who work hard to turn from their old ways, rob this generation of the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom and effective for righteousness.

In the book of Revelation there are two churches (Pergamos and Thyatira) that Jesus has John write a very similar warning. This warning concerns calling them to repentance and of some very specific things.
In Rev 2:14-16 we can read the warning to Pergamos that Jesus instructed John to write:
Revelation 2:14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
Revelation 2:15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.
Revelation 2:16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
And in Rev 2:20-21 we can read the warning to Thyatira that Jesus instructed John to write:
Revelation 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
Revelation 2:21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
In your video *one of your referenced sources violates one of these exact things* Jesus warns the churches to repent of.

Trust in Jesus and Jesus alone for your salvation. PERIOD!. He said that he is the WAY, TRUTH, and the LIFE. No man comes to the FATHER but by HIM(Jesus Christ). If you trust in yourself to not sin, if you try to help yourself not sin, you are being self righteous, and trying to do everything but trust Christ and Christ alone to be saved. Don't be fooled by false doctrine.

My perfection is not within my self, but in Jesus. Every time I repent and enter His gate confessing my sin, asking forgiveness and blood washing my soiled garments white as snow I am then acceptable before my Father in heaven who looks upon no sin. My righteousness, holiness, anything good is all in Christ not of me.Paul said for us to work out our salvation to the point that we no longer dunk ourselves in the Lambs Blood, but rather for us to come to that place where we need to only sprinkle our self.
We are to be justified ,sanctified and purified so that we be made acceptable for service,. Impatience has caused many false teachers. Revelation 22 the Lord gives strong warning to those who add or take away from His Word or Prophecy .
Yes we struggle with sin, even sin going back to six generations.Recall the child who fell in and out of the fire? Jesus is the WAY, the LIFE that reveals the TRUTH. For we dare not number ourselves, or compare ourselves with some who commend themselves. For in measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, they are not wise.

Useful scriptures to keep us on track and grounded in the truth.. James 1:19 Everyone should be quick to listen slow to speak and slow to become angry. Proverbs 10:19 When Words are many, transgression is not lacking, but he who restrains his lips is wise. Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principle thing, therefore get wisdom and with all thy getting get understanding.

Thats pure truth. Who does not agree, just imagine me becoming your friend and continuously messing you up, saying Im sorry. At least what anybody would respond is that Im ridiculous clown. Its natural to stay away from sinning following Jesus, otherwise, what is our difference from satan?faith???)))))))))))) pathetic even to think that!! By the way how many are now able to "move mountains" by faith? Its sin who does not allow faith to work

Such a wicked demonic teaching to tell people they must turn from all their sins to be saved.

      Ezekiel 18:21-24
21But if the wicked will turn from 👉all his sins👈 that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. 22All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live. 23Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?
24But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? 👉All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.👈

If its impossible to stop sinning then there is no such thing as freewill. But because there is freewill, it is possible to be done with sinning, its just if the person wants to or not. To say its impossible to stop sinning is to profess that you don't love God and your fellowman because love does no wrong and cannot sin. When has love ever lied, stolen, murdered? When has love ever committed sin?
Apparently for many in the church all things are possible with Christ...👉except to stop sinning👈... because they have little faith that is quickly dying. In their dying faith, sin is greater than the power of Christ...

What about those who are bound by demonic forces?? Some ppl are bound by demonic spirits and can't stop cuz evil has got them gripped. Do you agree?? Or what is your stance on this?

    • @collinvlog

cat77one I personally haven’t seen this or encounter this. To say that someone bound by demonic forces has no way of escape would make 1 Corinthians 10:13 a lie. Either everyone has a way of escape or not. I am still studying the subject on the demonic though so I’d be curious to your thoughts on it.

Collin Michael Hi Colin I know that people are bound by addictions and alcoholism and many other forces of darkness. I know this to be true first hand. I literally FEEL demonic spirits on my head daily. I desire to follow Jesus with all my heart but I'm not strong. I'm weak. I'm in a stagnant part of my walk with the Lord. I have stopped many other sins in my life. But I have not gotten total freedom from other things. I know the demonic realm is real. As I said I literally FEEL them every DAY.. I love God and I hate my sin. I HATE IT! I DO NOT LOVE IT. Once a person has chosen when they don't even realize it's a choice they have opened the door to the devil and demons now can bind you up and your will is no longer your own. I pray you do a research on this cuz this is a horrible existence. Have you ever read when an evil spirit leaves a man and goes into dry places it comes back and sees the house empty and swept clean and it goes and brings 7 more more wicked then itself and they go and make their home and the man is worse then in the beginning. Why do you think Jesus said that? I desire to crucify my flesh and the affections and lusts. I desire it with all my heart but this enemy is sent to destroy me.. Pray for me so I won't go to hell. I cannot change the way I think only God can... This is the miracle.... :)

we can not stop sinning, we will sin one way or another, even your thoughts is enough to condemn you. this is why it is so imperative to believe in Jesus Christ and Him alone. we have a sin nature that remains unless you die a saved Believer or translated during the Rapture. I am by no means condoning sin of any kind but we as believers are saved by Grace through faith alone.

We teach people how to stop sinning which teaches people works of salvation but we should be teaching people the importance of relationship with God! If that is the goal, you CANNOT sin. That’s what 1 JOHN says! Cannot simply means when you are in Love with Jesus, you will not desire to sin, although you are still susceptible to sin because of the flesh, but we are to call that thing dead! I have been free from sin since I’ve believed the gospel. But to try to stop sinning was never my goal, it’s what happens in relationship. But if i miss the Mark 1 JOHN says he will forgive me. It doesn’t say when i sin. It says IF! Blessings to you all. People can focus on not sinning and still hate their brother! We’re totally missing something. Grace vs Works!
