      It was done to allow them to hide their sins and have a contingency plan that if their sins are ever discovered by other believers these sinners can just excuse themselves by the doctrine they espouse. Yes, that doctrine is contrary to the Lord Jesus' teachings, because Jesus is opposed to sin.
      Notice in 1 John 1:5-10 after John states that God is light and in Him there is no darkness (v.4), two things:
      #1 the verses alternate in description of one not sinning and walking in the light with one sinning and walking in darkness. The odd numbered verses are the former and the even numbered verses are the latter. They are not the same person. It is a Chiasma, a typical literary device in Ancient Greek writing. Paul used it the most.
      #2 that in order for the blood of Christ to cleanse us from all sin (v. 7), that we must already be walking in the light again and be in fellowship again with each other.
      It is interesting to ask them what they think walking in the light means in detail. They will say something like "It means loving Jesus and agreeing with God and believing in His word."
      But if you ask what they mean by "His Word" they will make the mistake of saying the Bible, which is the Testimony of God in the words of God, but it is not "the Word of God". Jesus is the "Word of God".
      All the things they mentioned are good things, but they are not what is meant by walking in the light in John. They clearly have not read the whole letter end to end or have not read it carefully or have be blinded to understanding it.

It has been written on my heart before I surrendered myself to Him. He is my Savior and I to I am saved by Jesus and my life is a sign of my salvation through His ways.

    Brothers and Sisters in our Lord Jesus Christ, Yeshua :) How thankful are we to our Father ... as we cry Abba Father in The Spirit of adoption. If we say we are in Christ, let us also walk as He did. Let us abide in His Living Presence firstly. Let us also work out our salvation with fear and trembling. Holiness by being washed in His Blood and abiding in His Presence and Obeying His commands. Id est to lay down our lives. Coming out of the world and its system. Obedience unto Christ. Loving the Lord our God with all our hearts all our minds - heart circumcision unto The Father in The Holy Spirit. We are redeemed and are to lay down our lives and take up our cross and Follow Him in The Light. Love one another....summed up in the Ten Love Commandments, the law. Without holiness noone will see the Lord. Let us rejoice exceedingly in our Great Reward which is The Presence of The Lord, although we do not see Him now we rejoice exceedingly in His Presence dwelling within. As He laid down His life for us, let us also lay down our lives for Him....loving the brethren from a pure heart. Each time we love and serve and care for the brethren we love God. Love one another. Learning obedience. Greater Love has no man than he that lays down his life for another (the brothers and sisters).

    I’ve looked at the hatred from the eyes of my own mother when I tried to tell her the church has instilled false doctrines in her when they preach the “user friendly” version of Christianity where you are saved by grace & belief in Jesus alone and you don’t have to seek to become righteous on your own by obeying God’s commandments and completely rejecting the things of this world & walk in the light of the Father & our Savior. They believe this false teaching that they can never be free of sin by obeying God so they don’t even need to try because Jesus’ righteousness has been applied to themselves by simply believing in Him. This is what happens when you depend upon man to spoon feed you what the Bible says rather than read the Bible yourself. It’s why I left the church institution, because much of the preachers’ teachings contradicted everything in the Bible. In Revelations the Bible says people who only appear to be Christians but in their hearts are still lovers of the worldly things & covet these things, & and who scoff & curse their brethren which include all the people of the earth, and those who willfully break God’s commandments & earth mock Him, and the wicked who hurt & kill His children in His name’s sake will be cast into the pit with Satan for eternity. The following scripture says it, & pay attention to verse 38:
    Matthew 13:24-42 King James Version (KJV)
    24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
    25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
    26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
    27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
    28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
    29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
    30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
    31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
    32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.
    33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
    34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:
    35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.
    36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
    37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
    38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
    39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
    40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
    41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
    42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
    I pray if any of you are still living in sin, or attending a church which preaches the “all you have to do is believe” doctrine and therefore discretely telling them they don’t need to follow all of God’s commandments since they are Gods themselves according to scriptures, so therefore they go amongst the world & do things they know are wrong, yet they delight in doing these things because it brings them so much euphoria. And these same people are already willfully indoctrinating themselves into the Luciferian religion of Satan & they will take the mark of the beast & remove any chance of getting into Heaven. There are dark days ahead that are going to test our strength & faith in our Heavenly Father & His Son. We must put on the full armor of God & repent & walk with Him daily to avoid being ensnared by the darkness of the entire world. Churches & houses will fall alike & accept & worship the beast, only the faithful will withstand darkness & refuse the mark in Jesus’ name. Many churches across America are being taught by people who don’t even know the true name of God. I didn’t know myself until recently because I hadn’t had my foundation shaken until I discovered that’s how it worked back then, sometimes one would do something great cand another would claim it. The preachers in those churches don’t even know the true name or our Heavenly Father is the Hebrew consonants YHWH, pronounced yahweh (pronounced Yah-way) or Yahuah (pronounced yah-hoo-a)’and the Son’s true name is Yeshua HaMashiach. The Roman Catholic Church is the beast rising out of the ocean because it says so in Revelations, or alludes to it. Satan is rampant within it & because of that it has directly influenced much of the changes they made to the Bible & removing the true name of God so people may hear it & obey. May Yahuah bless & keep you. ❤️

      So called Christians don't even know the real God of the Bible, much less his name. They believe the Greek philosophical nonsense of three separate co-eqaual coeternal persons are one God, even though their own leaders candidly admit that the Trinity ISN'T taught in Scripture! People seem to think the more complicated and nonsensical something is, that makes them more holy. They confuse their gobbledygook for God's wisdom that is higher than our own. They are the blind leading the blind man blind into that very deep and very hot ditch.

    Imagine if you stood in a Church today reading Romans 6 - "For you died to sin so no longer live in it."
    What? What about the Romans wretch in chapter 7! Clearly we're the ones taking the clearer scripture out of context.
    The problem started with the reformation, which was a necessity as the Catholic Church is filled with idolatry. However it led to greater and greater deception.

    • @TheRootedWord

      There is a necessary priority in the NT of the writings. We must place the teachings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ first. Then we understand the writings of the Catholic/Universal Epistles next (The Full Apostles). After that we interpret Paul in light of both the Full Apostles and or Jesus Christ's teachings. Peter stated that Paul's teachings were difficult on the mind and that many distorted them to their own destruction and Paul declared he was the least Apostle and the chief sinner. So by both Peter's declaration and Paul's own admission, we must take his words last to synchronize them with the Full Apostles and Christ. But the Reductionist gospel is built on the priority of Paul and the outright omission of most of the other teachings of the Full Apostles and even the omission of the teachings of our Lord who bought us.

[43] It will be good for that servant whom the master finds doing so when he returns. [44] Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. [45] But suppose the servant says to himself, 'My master is taking a long time in coming,' and he then begins to beat the other servants, both men and women, and to eat and drink and get drunk. So a person can live for God for 80 years and live one day in the flesh a day before his death and God sends them to Hell? Really? Something wrong here. This is how you make it sound when you put the burden of salvation on the believer. I’m for this obedience, but I also am a realist. There are scripture about Jesus being our substitute and us being clothed in His righteousness. 1 Peter 3:18For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit. 2 Corinthians 5:21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Rom 4:5: But to him that works not, but believes on Him that justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Rom 3:22: Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ. Rom 10:3: For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

    Nobody who truly loves and seeks after God will espouse cheap grace or lukewarm "sin as you go" believism. BUT dear ones, I fear this type of teaching swings the pendulum to the other side completely. The bible says Jesus bought us with His own blood....transaction completed! When we believe that somehow WE can add-to, enhance, certify, etc then we've become our own idol....you (this teacher) who espouse this can not say EVER that they've met that standard (the complete HOLINESS) of the Holy Son of God, and to do so smacks of heresy.....we DO wish to live lives that glorify Him...we do NOT want to willfully sin. Ask this: did this man live always without sin in his thoughts? No. So did he lose his salvation? No....he loved God and obeyed as well as he could. Again, the swinging pendulum (or a road that has ditches on either side, etc) should lead us to question .....

    Thank you so much for this important message! If people would read the Bible for themselves, asking the Holy Spirit for guidance, wisdom and the truth, they would come to a deeper and greater knowledge & understanding of God. He cannot and will not be simplified and mocked - which is what these wrong teachings do to him. In this day and age I don't think it's possible for those with "ears to hear and eyes to see" to understand these truths without picking up the Bible (preferably the KJV) and - with humility and reverance - reading it from the first page all the way to the last. But unfortunately people don't (and won't ) do this anymore.

    I do not tend to be unkind, but while your channel description shows truth, it also shows contradictions:
    "The purpose for the name is a reminder to me that everything in life is meaningless"
    It definitely is not, since as you said, we have to stop sinning NOW.
    "That this life is nothing but an illusion, a game, a distraction, its not real"
    Actually it is real, otherwise we wouldn't have to walk with God IN THIS LIFE. If it was merely a game, it would mean we wouldn't exist and are just in a kind of simulation

      You have a valid point. I have read the About tab for this channel and I agree that the conclusion does not match the Scriptures quoted. There is no sense in the NT that this life is an illusion. On the contrary, we are commanded to focus on what we do in this life, because it is determining the seed of the life to come. So, though it is temporary, it is not unimportant or unreal.
