I discovered a truth this morning that contradicts a common lie among believers today.
🗣Many say that people could never keep the commandments of God, and that NO ONE is righteous.🤔
God showed me in his word that 🙅THAT IS A LIE!!
🔎LUKE 1:5-6 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.
6 And *they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.*
God gave these people their position BECAUSE they were righteous and keeping all the commandments and ordinances of God.
So, keeping ALL of God's commandments and being righteous IS indeed possible. ...... THROUGH abiding in Christ Jesus🕆

Sinless perfection is dead in the water, however when you follow Jesus 2 main commandments, you fulfill the law through Christ so your right about that. But why did those individuals have righteousness imputed to them and the declaration of God making them blameless? Because they believed in the salvation of God and called upon the Lord, and another example is Job.

Fact is that if you don't put your trust in Jesus, you can't keep the commandments. And you don't really love your neighbors as yourself if you never warn your neighbors about Hell.

Beautiful brother. I think we finally understand one another. Praise God. That's the thing I always tried to explain. But at the end of the day both of us can't honestly know what God will do and as Jesus showed us when he met with all those sinners and had compassion for them there is always chance for even the most unrighteous people to be forgiven when they will realise what they did and ask for forgiveness. I just can't honestly say and point to anyone that he or she will be saved or not. Could you be the judge?

7:30 Here is what my response would be. Yes, our first death is what saves us from our sinful body (This seemed to be the overall message I got out of going through Romans). However, there will be a resurrection for everyone! Our lord Jesus Christ will save the righteous from the second death. Jesus never promised to save us from our first death, every martyr is a witness to this, we really do need new bodies as seeing that our current bodies are under the lineage of Adam, having a rebellious nature by default. This is why it is appointed unto us to die at least once, but after that, judgement. When we are commanded to be perfect, and to not sin, it is for our souls to grow, not our bodies (Howbeit we may still see results within our biology).

    • @bamisike5743
      @bamisike5743 5 років тому

Absolutely! The body we have now is actually a body that has been corrupted by sin that is why we still strive with sin in this body but in the resurrection we will have new bodies, a body without sin and not of Adamic origin.

Therefore shall no man be justified by works of the law. But it is faith in CHRIST that we are saved. I don't want to sin. I hate my sin! But what I would I do not but that I would not that do I. I find that either I'm weak to certain sin, like I'm ashamed to say "porn". Or I sin out of anger like getting angry with someone. I pray for forgiveness and ask that I might not fall to these sins and I'll go awhile with out doing these but eventually I do and it breaks my heart and I think that I am hopelessly predisposed to these certain sins. But what can I do? I keep picking my self up and striving forward and plead that GOD have mercy on me. I read my bible and listen to my bible on my phone cause I love the WORD and it gives me strength and confidence that I will overcome but then that voice that will come and say " your never going to overcome and your just not saved!" Please pray for me!!!!

If you stay on the path you are on and truly seek the truth and depart from the unholy pagan trinity when you objectively seek the truth from God I truly believe you will be one of the few that make it to the kingdom and without you many would not have made it who will make it I'm sure of that. I know if I somehow depart from my sins the same way I have forsaken things of this world except the utmost one selfish desire of mine I have hope I can surely make it into the kingdom and not the punishment in hell that I am currently sentenced to if I follow the path Christ laid out for us which you do teach in truth. If it were not men like you and the man you led me to Mike Desario showing me that there are people still at least trying to live holy on earth and forsake things of the world then I'd truly have no hope but instead I have hope and I know that if I become obedient I can have salvation it's my own self and the demons that afflict me that get in my way.

Matthew 5:20 was about the pharisees rejecting Jesus and using them as an example of what NOT to do. The pharisees thought they were following the law perfectly too and didn't need Jesus and it turned out they found out they weren't following the law perfectly. @@onerealityofficial Context. Matthew 5:28-30, Jesus was describing the spirit of the law as opposed to the pharisees who were following the letter and not even perfect at that! So someone might have saw a loophole in adultery and figured I can't physically do it but in my mind i can. And Jesus was making known that the change comes from within.
The analogy of cutting of the right hand and plucking out the right eye had to do with whatever a person esteemed higher than believing and following Jesus was not worth it. Essentially Jesus is saying it's better to give up what you THINK is important and believe on me and follow me than hold on to what you think is more important.
      Look at Matthew 5:19
Whosoever therefore shall BREAK ONE OF THESE LEAST COMMANDMENTS, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Christ says whoever breaks the least of these commandments (I'm just showing my point and no advocating sinning). People who break the commandments are still in heaven as those who do the commandments. How? Because they BELIEVED on Christ and there went on to serve God.
You don't think it's ironic, you're telling people they have to do works for salvation...Jesus says in v19 that those that break the commandments are still in heaven...then in v20 talks about others who broke the commandments but would not be in heaven? What's the difference between the group who broke the commandments in 19 and the pharisees in 20?
Belief in Jesus being the Christ, messiah, as the savior.

Collin - did Peter commit his sin in ignorance or unwilfully when he denied Christ - all three times? Do you think Jonah sinned ignorantly when he fled to Tarshish after being commanded to go to Nineveh? Do you think that King David sinned with Bathsheba in ignorance and then arranged to have her husband killed to cover up his sin? Those are just three examples of many more. Don't get me wrong. I would not say that a person can claim to be a Christian when his / her life is characterized by willful sin with no repentance or desire to be righteous. But your message is taking the other extreme. Yes, Jesus commanded us to be perfect as our heavenly Father is perfect. But Paul in Philippians 3:12-13 admits that he himself had not obtained that perfection.

Now you clearly stated it here ...willful sinning (premeditated sinning) and "unwillful" sin . Sin is sin and all will be punished,
however the first is with the intent to sin while the second is devoid of the desire to sin. That is why the Holy Spirit will always point us to our sin or error or trespass because we can actually be ignorant that we even sinned.
We can stop sinning wilfully. Jesus delivered us from the power of sin and death. The Holy Spirit empowers us to overcome premeditated, preplanned sin and as we continue to mature to "the full stature of the image of Christ" we will even begin to see that sin will completely have no bearing in our lives.
Jesus came to deliver His people from sin." (Matt.1:21)
Even sin of ignorance the Holy Spirit shows us so that we can repent of them or it. The desire of a true disciple of Christ is to please Him, His Holy Spirit can never live us to sin.
One of Satan's lies to Christians esp the "immature" is that we can't stop sinning, this thought helps the unwilling heart (unrepentant) to have an excuse to continue in sin.
SIN is the issue between God and man, if it is not dealt with their will be no way we can enter the kingdom of God.
I don't want to type to long, I have to go but let's remember Jesus' words to Peter...
"What is impossible with men is possible with God..."

When the son of man comes back he's coming back with fire, so if after the tribulation if you're not already caught up with Jesus or lost your head for Jesus it will be a terrible day for that individual because they will be devoured with fire and cast into Hell, so to answer your question, when Jesus returns he would already have all his saints with him so the ones left alive will be the ones who have the mark of the beast.

John 8:10-11KJV "When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more."
This woman was accused of adultery and Jesus told her accusers he who is without sin cast the first stone. As you see he told her to go and sin no more. He didn't say if you sin again just repent and ask for forgiveness and do this every time you sin cause I understand that you will to continue to sin and I will be there for you when you do.
As for your quotation Romans 3:23 KJV it does not necessitate that we will sin at some future moment, it clearly states in the past tense. Your proposition suggests that we all will, but no one can know that. If our Lord Jesus speaks to us saying in such language that it is not a necessary thing for us to sin in the future and that we can go and sin no more, then whom do you serve? Do you serve those who say what is contrary to what Jesus said or do you serve Jesus? I prefer to obey what Jesus said. So I recommend being careful what doors you intend to open, is it wiser to open the door to make excuse for further sin, or open the door for forgiving those of us who do sin?

It carries the ‘Y’ sound. It pictures the “mighty hand” and “outstretched arm”
( Jer 27:5, etc) The meaning of the YUD can be: arm, arm and hand, work, throw, worship.
    The second letter is the HEY, which carries the ‘H’ sound. It tells us to pay attention;
    to behold!
It also pictures a man - a living soul. The various meanings of this letter are: Look!, Behold!, reveal, breathe (as in a breathing soul).
The third letter is the UAU or VAV.
The UAU or VAV pictures a tent peg

The meaning of the letter is: peg, nail, add, secure, hook. ( used to attach us with the Father )
The Name ends in the HEY, again picturing a man trying to get our attention.

When I pray I know my prayers are not listened to nor answered from what His Word tells us in John 9:31. Until I can worship God and obey Him then truly my temptations and yokes that tie me down and keep me addicted to my sins will not be lifted from me by the Most High. Have you tried to resist or cut down on the sins that you love? When you've failed to do that have you asked Jesus for help with your efforts? By that I mean opening your heart to him about it. I know that it isn't easy to stop something you've done for years and aren't even in love with it.
When I decided to stop swearing it wasn't easy cause I was so used to it. With patience and removing things in my life that created an environment where swearing was common I eventually did it. From time to time I may let one out but I think it is now once a month now. I started last summer so it hasn't even been a year. I also even cut out soft swear words like geez, gosh, and the like because to me it is the intent behind the word, not the word itself. I am former military too, so it wasn't an easy task.
edit: Now that I've stopped swearing for the most part I flinch when I hear others do it, even in movies or tv and music. I don't even like it anymore. However, I like that I don't.
edit 2: I ask those questions above not for you to justify yourself to me or seek glory from me or those who read these comments. Sorry I left it open to that and I didn't mean to. You don't need to answer those questions, I am just trying to help ya out. :)

@@cosmicbuddha17I similarly have had success with that when it comes to swearing, taking the Lord's name in vain, and adultery both of flesh and the mind. I have by choice been chaste for over a year and I'm not a bad looking guy and in my mid twenties. I have gone to great lengths to not masturbate, nor watch pornography, nor think about women naked in my head. When I catch myself being bewildered by a womans beauty which usually leads me to lust I immediately cut those thoughts off from my head. I have come to the point where I cannot tell you the last time I have taken the Lord's name in vain and I wince inside when people say it around me which happens literally everyday by family, acquaintances, coworkers, etc. I have all but cut off things of the world completely cut off television, and almost all video games among other things. I have had my biggest struggle with my opiate addiction because when I find short relief from using opiates I always become overwhelmced after a short period of time knowing how demonic this world is, knowing my entire group of family and friends are sentenced to hell if they do not repent yet they are all unwilling to listen to me, knowing almost all Christians in general but especially in my area will be cast out like in Matthew 7:21-23 because they practice false doctrine and doctrine of devils and men in many different ways not just one and none of them want to listen to what I have to say for they don't have an open mind and reject anything I present to them even if I have scriptures to back it up. I also do not feel comfortable preaching the Word because I am not above reproach for I lie because of my addiction and every time I am brutally honest and open up to friends or family I am judged unfairly and truly receive no help and the people closest to me have become influenced by much evil so they themselves lack love as their hearts have turned cold so they have even less patience for my faults especially when I confess yet when I do not confess no one knows I use drugs because I am not a typical "junkie" and that's without me even trying to hide it. Therefore because this world is evil, humanity has almost no hope because unlike me they refuse to confess let alone repent, and they aren't even willing to believe yet the one's who do believe reject anything the Word teaches and would rather believe the indoctrination by their church and pastors that all you have to do is believe and you will be saved. That you can walk in darkness and go to heaven or that we're all sinners (like currently not past tense), The fact that the people I love to most reject all truth I have learned and everything the Word teaches makes me very remorseful for how wicked I am and how little help I have and how much I have let down the Father in heaven. I have demons and I can't get rid of them because every time I make ground against them I let them or worse one's back in by choosing to use drugs which are pharmeceuticals, which are pharmekia, which is witchcraft, which the Word says I should not partake in and technically I should be put to death because arguably I'm a sorcerer for using the pharmeceuticals to get high. Anyways bless you forgive my lengthy response. I just have none around me to lead me and my fear is overwhelming as I fear God but not more than man which is bad sad and scary. I also fear what is to come and how I have not been prudent. I truly feel damned before I have even found death and the only path I know will save me I seem to be incapable of following.

@@mcmne context. A blind received his sight and was testifying to pharisees that Jesus had healed him. The pharisees inquired of this miracle but didn't believe a "sinner" could be healed. They asked the man's parents to verify that this man was indeed blind before receiving his sight and they did verify their son was blind. The pharisees ended up casting out this man who received his sight. And Jesus overheard this and approached the man:
      John 9:35-40
35 Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God?
36 He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him?
37 And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee.
38 And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him.
39 And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.
40 And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?
This has eveything to do with the sin of WILLFULLY REJECTING Christ as the pharisees were infamous for doing and not any trying to maintain one's salvation by not sinning willfully. This isn't about being perfect by your own righteousness because you can't be perfect by your own works.
That leads into the verse you used:
      John 9:41
Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
      9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;
This coincides another you all use which is Hebrews 10:26
"For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,"
pharisees has knowledge of the truth and still rejected. This is will sin that Jesus was talking about.
      Context and consistency.

The five points of Arminianism I have found are fully aligned with what you teach and what I have come to learn from the Word itself. Which unfortunately is contrary to contemporary Christianity and all modern churches. I personally don't know any denominations of churches which follow what you preach Colin which is why I have not joined a church and just stick to reading the Word. However because of this I am surrounded by ungodly sinners not seeking God's law in a wicked city in Florida without anyone that truly wants to repent and become righteous while learning His will and how to serve Him in fullness. I feel like I'm a wicked man surely going to hell who is on an island in Babylon surrounded by nothing but wickedness diligently trying to find a way out and while the Word of God is the roadmap I can't seem to overcome the speedbumps alone. Very sad indeed but with every breath He wills me to have extra I yearn to become obedient and hate myself and my sins more and more every single day. People ask me why I can't just be happy and I tell them the fact that I'm not happy makes me happy because the only thing that still gives me hope is that if my worldly sorrow changes to Godly sorrow I may just be led to repentance and just maybe can achieve salvation.

Sorry to say, I do not believe there are people who don't willfully sin. I dont think there was or is anyone walking this planet who doesnt make the decision to intentionally do, say and think things they are FULLY aware God is displeased with. Except Jesus. The apostle Paul was late to forgive John Mark (though he eventually did) creating an unnecessary rift for a time within his own ministry. I believe Paul knew that this was wrong no matter how he probably justified it to others for a season. Peter begun to separate from the gentiles at some point after pentecost even knowing that the jewish practices were not necessary. His faction even began to teach physical circumcision and Peter didnt stop them. I think Peter knew precisely what he was doing was wrong and that Paul wasnt telling Peter any new information when he cleared up the matter. Peter wanted the jews to feel special and unique through their traditions of men because it made him feel good. I also do not believe that Noah or Job or David were sinless, perfect or blameless in the way that we want to interpret those words. They were all clearly fallen men who had documented falls from grace. God loved these men, and gave them these descriptions in spite of these intentional failures because he viewed them this way.
I understand the wish to interpret the scriptures in a way to "make it make sense". Yes, it would make sense that we are all just be perfect little baby cherubs who only sin unintentionally and never stumble after we believe. But its not going to happen. Our hope is not in ourselves, it is in Jesus and His grace and mercy offered to all men through his death burial and resurrection. No amount of sinless living time makes up for our past sin. So stop the obsession with sin and instead run toward Jesus. Living in holiness is fine, it draws us closer to God, makes the devils flee, we can add to our length of days through no giving our flesh over to Satan and we obey Jesus' commands as we understand them. But the audacity to think that you must run this race perfectly in all your actions and thoughts. Its takes a very arrogent person to believe they are doing this.

I believe you are confusing sinless perfection with a clear conscience. We don’t want to compare ourselves with ourselves. You don’t know the depth of your own heart. Only God knows that. That’s why we need the blood of Christ to CONTINUALLY cover for our sins. Newbie mistake
    1 Corinthians 4:4-5 (NASB)
4 For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord. 5 Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God.
    2 Corinthians 10:12 (NASB)
12 For we are not bold to class or compare ourselves with some of those who commend themselves; but when they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they are without understanding.

Collin, I would point out that Christ said in one Gospel that we should be as righteous as the Pharisees, but in another Gospel He says to the Pharisees that 'their father is the devil'. So that would appear to be a contradiction. Also, I know that I could NEVER be righteous in my own right. The only way I could be in a state of righteousness is when/if God lays upon me the righteousness of Christ.

    • @onerealityofficial
      @onerealityofficial  5 років тому +1

The people viewed the Pharisees as righteous, but inward they were wicked. This is why Jesus said both of those without contradiction.
Covering sin in righteousness doesn't make one righteous. It just makes the sin hidden. The blood must remove sin and free someone from sin.

Plucking a body part out was a way to get across Jews who were attached to thinking they could keep the law and reject faith in Christ for their salvation according to the scripture. And the pure in heart is not dealing with outward works but those who believe on Christ. They will have been born again. At that point their heart of stone will be replaced with a heart of flesh.

@Northern Wolfyou're trusting in your works and not Christ alone. If you stand before God and he asks you why he should let you in, what will you say? I stopped getting drunk, fornicating, etc. And if he ask were you perfect in every word thought and deed, what will you say?

    • @shaunwilliams2312
      @shaunwilliams2312 3 роки тому

@Northern Wolf Christ was not saying to work for your salvation, he says to strive to enter the strait gate. Jesus said HE (not your works) is the door. If you believe Jesus then you understand that every time someone seek to justify themselves by their own efforts they ALWAYS fell short. Jesus said come to him all that are weary and I will give you REST. Christ literally came and did everything that no other man could do. He lived a sinless life and died for our sins and rose again all for our sins.
But you are gonna come to God with this mixed bag of good and bad works as if that is acceptable to him for eternal life. Okay...

Collin - If Matthew 6:12 is about, as you said, "...sins of ignorance" (15:10), then you admit that you have sinned (out of ignorance) based on the example you had just given of having too much worldly technology and stuff. You must repent and ask for forgiveness just like Jesus commanded even if you sinned in ignorance.

I AM SURE THAT I SIN DAILY and that I may not be aware of it because I don't know about every one of God's laws found in the first five books of the Old Testament. I don't want to break any of God's laws and if I do, I immediately make amends, humble myself ask for forgiveness. I do my best not to repeat the transgression I am aware of. ON THE OTHER HAND, how many billions of churchgoing "Christians" continually break the Forth Commandment and make excuses for ignoring this very clearly written Sabbath law because attending Sunday services is currently convenient to their lifestyles?

Sadly I have a friend who is not a born again Christian who has bought into his twisted humanistic unbiblical unscriptural lie. Please pray for my friend, his name is manning. Also, since manning isn't a born again Christian, he's trying to understand the bible with his own natural intellect, therefore he misinterprets the scriptures.

That’s right Collin . The sins committed in ignorance and unknowingly(in thought ,word, or deed, or omission) WHILE WALKING IN THE LIGHT/BY THE SPIRIT/FOLLOWING JESUS, KEEPING A CLEAR CONSCIENCE AND A PURE HEART AND A SINCERE FAITH(trusting and relying upon Jesus) ARE THE SINS WE “HAVE” (1john1:8) if anyone says they “HAVE”no sin....
theses are sins that are continually being CLEANSED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS (conditionally, upon walking in the light-1john1:6,7) As long as we are in the body, (and following Jesus) this sin will always exist(because we are not yet made perfect and sinless like Jesus). What I am saying is this:
“HAVING”sin does not make one a sinner, SINNING makes one a sinner.

    • @billerickson5604
      @billerickson5604 5 років тому

And we are asking forgiveness of sins in prayer as any act of trusting in the blood to cleanse us and receiving the grace of God (we don’t deserve and cannot earn) AS WE WALK BY THE SPIRIT(keeping conscience clear, putting sin to death, etc) . And we must also remember that if we don’t forgive others(reciprocate God’s forgiveness) HE CAN TAKE AWAY HIS GRACE AND FORGIVENESS AND NO LONGER FORGIVE US OF THIS SIN WE “HAVE” which is the “ALL unrighteousness and sin-1john1:7,9). Praying daily for the forgiveness of THIS sin we “have” reminds us of these things.

BREAD ….. You ask for it every time you Pray to the FATHER !
    Matthew 6:11
“Give us this day our daily bread.”
    Deuteronomy 8:3
    “And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know;
that he might make thee know
that man doth not live by bread only,
    but by every word

    doth man live.”

    “But he answered and said,
    It is written,
Man shall not live by bread alone,
    but by every word
that proceedeth out of the mouth
    of God.”
Every word FATHER has said !
    John 6:33
    “For the bread of God
is he which cometh down from heaven,
    and giveth
    life
    unto the world.”
Is not the SON the FATHER in the Flesh ?
Is not the FATHER the WORD ?
Is not the BREAD LIFE ?
    John 6:48
“I am that bread of life.”
    John 6:50
“This is the bread which cometh down
    from heaven,
that a man may eat thereof,
    And
    not die.”
    John 6:53
    “Then Jesus said unto them,
    Verily, verily,
I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh
    of the Son of man,
    And
    drink his blood,
ye have no life in you.”
Did you see that there are TWO THINGS
That YOU have to do for LIFE ?
    BREAD……and……BLOOD !
So bread is the words of the Father !
And the Word is in the Flesh !
And if you Eat the Word you will Live !
    And the Blood is ……
    Revelation 1:5
    “And from Jesus Christ,
    who is the faithful witness,
and the first begotten of the dead,
and the prince of the kings of the earth.
    Unto him that loved us,
and washed us from our sins in his own blood,”
Having the FAITH that HE is the BLOOD
    SACRIFICE for our sins !
That is why the Jews had to believe that for
    FAITH !
They were already eating the flesh …
    The TORAH !
We as Gentiles need BOTH to have LIFE !
    James 1:22
    “But be ye
    doers of the word,
    and not hearers only,
    deceiving
    your own selves.”
    1 John 3:7
    “Little children,
    let no man deceive you:
he that doeth righteousness is righteous,
    even as he is righteous.”
    Psalms 119:172
“My tongue shall speak of thy word:
    for all
    thy commandments
    are
    righteousness.”
    Proverbs 4:1
    “Hear,
    ye children,
    the instruction of a father,
    and attend to know understanding.”
    Proverbs 4:2
    “For I give you good
    doctrine,
    forsake ye not my law.”
    Proverbs 4:9
“She shall give to thine head an ornament
    of grace:

I thought you might like this.
The Fathers name ………. In Ancient Hebrew
      YUD-HAY-UAU-HAY English way
      HAY-UAU-HAY-YUD Hebrew way
In Hebrew, words are read from right to left, so the first letter of the word is the pictograph of the arm and hand, which is the YUD.
It carries the ‘Y’ sound. It pictures the “mighty hand” and “outstretched arm”
( Jer 27:5, etc) The meaning of the YUD can be: arm, arm and hand, work, throw, worship.
      The second letter is the HEY, which carries the ‘H’ sound. It tells us to pay attention;
      to behold!
It also pictures a man - a living soul. The various meanings of this letter are: Look!, Behold!, reveal, breathe (as in a breathing soul).
The third letter is the UAU or VAV.
The UAU or VAV pictures a tent peg
      or a nail.
The meaning of the letter is: peg, nail, add, secure, hook. ( joins us with the Father )
The Name ends in the HEY, again picturing a man trying to get our attention.
If we put these letters with their meanings together, it is amazing what we get!
I of the mighty outstretched arm, worthy of worship, I say
‘Behold the man with the nail! Behold!
      John 5:43
“I am come in my Father's name,
and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.”
      The NAIL !
      Ezra 9:8
“And now for a little space
      grace
hath been shewed from the LORD our God,
to leave us a remnant to escape,
      and to give us
      a nail
      in his holy place,
that our God may lighten our eyes, and give us
a little reviving in our bondage.”
      Isaiah 22:22
“And the key of the house of David
      will I lay upon his shoulder;
      so he shall open, and none shall shut;
and he shall shut, and none shall open.”
      Isaiah 22:23
      “And I will fasten him
      as a nail
      in a sure place;
and he shall be for a glorious throne
      to his father's house.”
      Isaiah 22:24
“And they shall hang upon him
all the glory of his father's house,
      the offspring and the issue,
      all vessels of small quantity,
      from the vessels of cups,
even to all the vessels of flagons.”
      Isaiah 22:25
      “In that day,
      saith the LORD of hosts,
      shall the
      nail
that is fastened in the sure place be removed,
      and be cut down, and fall;
and the burden that was upon it shall be cut off:
for the LORD hath spoken it.”
      Zechariah 10:4
“Out of him came forth the corner,
      out of him
      the nail,
out of him the battle bow,
out of him every oppressor together.”

I have looked quite extensively at the views of both camps, ie the OSAS, and the "conditional security"(CS) believers. My conclusion is both are right & both are wrong. My observations are that both lack humility. Both have streaks of arrogance. Both think they are "right". I was listening to a strong advocate of OSAS yesterday & he was saying how a lady was close to suicide because the CS camp made her feel condemned because lack of mercy towards her, she was shattered saying where IS the body of Christ. Jesus said, except ye be converted, & become as little children ye shall in no wise enter the kingdom. BOTH sides dont show any real child-like-ness.

One Pastor says no where in the Bible does it say we should repent of sins. But repent means turn to the Lord and the second you do ALL your sins are forgiven, past, present and future.

Cathy Brown this might get a bit controversial but I’m just gonna stick with God’s Word here....
I’m sorry, but I’m gonna have to disagree with you guys on the fact that we have to completely stop sinning in order to be saved. We are much much much more of a sinner than we can ever imagine. Yes, the Holy Spirit will sanctify you (Hebrews 10:10; Romans 14:15), but even Christians sin (Romans 7).
Maybe you’ll say, “Well I have stopped sinning so how can that be??!?!” Take a good look at who you are. We can’t pretend that we are still not sinning, so don’t bother boasting how perfect you are (1 John 1:8).
      *_BUUUUUUUT_*
If you want to be forgiven from all sin, past present and future (Acts 13:39), and be seen as a Holy person by God, accept Christ’s free gift of salvation! Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9).
We are saved by grace through faith, not perfection (Ephesians 2:8-9). If the Holy Spirit is helping you turn from sin, Hallelujah! God’s working in me, too. Just don’t get the idea that turning from sin is needed for salvation.
If you want greater rewards in Heaven, then repentance will be needed for a reward (Matthew 5:19). This doesn’t mean we’ll be judged for sin, but rewarded for our actions of righteousness.

9:15 you say this verse refers to forgiving us our debts is relating to non-willful sins done in ignorance. This was a nice try but a failure. God does not count sins done in ignorance so we would not and should not pray he will forgive us our debts for such sins. There was no debt to begin with. Jesus said if you were blind you would not have sin. But because you claim to see your guilt remains. If we do it in ignorance we have no sin and are not guilty in the sight of God and therefore there is no sin debt to forgive. Such a debt is only for sins done knowingly. Another proof: for him who knows to do good and does not do it, FOR HIM it is sin. So God does not count it as sin if you didn't know. Yet another proof: before the law came there was sin in the world but it was not counted. So there was no debt for it when people did not know it was wrong. This is why babies are innocent. They might do things that are unlawful but their sin holds no debt since they were ignorant about it being wrong.
I now offer a more consistent explanation: forgive us our debts is more of a national prayer in general - as in spare our nation despite the sin debts of the nation. It isn't the individual saints praying that their ongoing sin debt they keep running up be forgiven for the umpteenth time, but rather it is an individual saint who has no sin debt praying for "our" debts ie interceding for his nation and his people around him who are not walking in holiness like the saint is.

My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me.

This verse says nothing about Paul being a sinner. If anything, it shows he was sinless! He's unaware of any sin in his life, but hes not the judge God is. Don't twist scripture.

@@onerealityofficial Hi Colin I don't think you understood my point I'm showing this reference to support what you are saying
I think this verse really supports the fact that Paul wasn't talking about his life after being converted in Romans 7
He was not struggling with sin as a Spirit led Christian and that is our example
A point which I'd missed for many years partly because of the obscure translation in the KJV and partly because that's what I was taught

The Blood of Jesus Christ is enough. See The Heavenly Father makes it so simple for all his little ones. And we trust him. We rest in his grace and trust him. We love are our Daddy. We love Jesus.
Grace isn't cheap. It costed Jesus Christ everything. Lordship Salvationists are so selfish!
To themselves. but more importantly to others!! Do repent.
And trust Jesus Christ for salvation.
