As far as the green space, you might have to do it on your own... problem with limited plot of land, is the prices they go for, so it does not allow for 'excess' land
The land and anything on it, please remember in Ghana land is leasehold freehold is only available with a very small set of circumstances. Always get legal advice when purchasing land/buildings in e.
We find increasingly it's the local middle class, the diaspora tend to need credit of mortgage facilities that are not readily available here in Ghana for the lengths of time they are used to.
Hi thanks for getting involved in the comments section and raising this point. Yes it is true many people can't afford this type of development in Ghana and the same can be said in every country across the globe. You may be surprised to know that this development has a very high percentage of resident Ghanaians that have purchased homes here. On the whole, Ghana is not a credit based system you will not be able to easily put yourself into 30 years of dept. It's actually more common for people to build as they have money to do so and add to there homes and when they have the money to do so that is why you see so many uncompleted buildings around. Thanks again for taking time out of your day to comment and join the conversation.
I love to see you two together on screen!☺️

You are so blessed by this good looking charm to be honest with you.
Love this house but I wish I could see a house with a backyard or any green space that's not so close to the neighbors
We will find one for you. It also depends on your budget and which location. Which areas do you like?

Hi guys when buying a house in Ghana do you own the land

I love the tiles in the bathroom. What is the name.
Sorry we couldn't get that info for you.
Why do you describe the size of the house by the number of bedrooms?
People like to know how many bedrooms the homes have. Which size measure would you find useful, and we'll look at including it.
@Ghana Bound the only measure that is universal is square footage. This is the only way to be able to compare properties.
Noted, thank you for the feedback 😊
Wat a stupid question thats how u describe houses
Ghana bound please dnt answer them they’re foolish
Prices is jumping. Them are American prices. Wow.😁🤣🤣
If we put the cedi price on the video, the value would change every day ooo 😅
The price of houses is climbing up every day . Who's going to buy these properties? I guess that is the diaspora 😂
We find increasingly it's the local middle class, the diaspora tend to need credit of mortgage facilities that are not readily available here in Ghana for the lengths of time they are used to.
how many people can afford this in Ghana with less time to pay? A house in America has a 30 year mortgage whilst in Ghana it is 2 years. That is crazy
