Can't stop listening to this. It's so creepily perfect. The sound paints the dirty brick landscapes of those corridor towns I left behind.

The lyrics of this song stop my heart from beating a second, like if I'm feeling the sadness of a machine.

I missed this track first time round as it was an iTunes exclusive. I love the music, which has been beautifully reused in "When the Working day is done", but in class orchestral Hannon style!

Someone commented on 'When the Working day is done' new DC uploaded song that it sounds like this. Having recently discovered the DC after forgetting about them since National Express 20+ years ago, I'm slowly downloading all their albums (what an astonishing treasure trove) and have bought the Deluxe version of 'Office Politics' one on CD as it contains a separate disk of the 'Swallows and Amazons' songs. This track isn't on the downloaded 'Bang goes the Knighthood' so thanks for uploading it. My first DC gig is in October, cant wait!

That is exciting. Foreverland, A short album about love, Regeneration and Promenade are musts, imho.

How exciting, discovering the shear brilliance that is DC. The vast majority of their older stuff is incredible (Little gems in the newer). I would love to forget them and rediscover

What do people think this refers to? Is it a picture hanging in a train terminus? Is it a security camera on the platform? Is it a ticket barrier? All ideas I've mulled over in my mind while listening to this excellent song.

Interesting, this forms part of a thoughline from the Fin de Siecle Nyman colaborations through "All Things", to the various machine songs on Office Politics ...
