I was in minute 55:00 when i realized that gb is desynced. Audio and video are not synced by like 0.5s Btw. i had a foxhole clan before i bought the game. Hardcore recruited.
Re: Tarkov rewarding solo play. In DMZ, your missions are typically shared. For example, if you are tasked to get kills, your teammates' kills also count towards the your mission progression. This seems appropriate for a more casual "having fun with friends" play experience, and it makes helping ramdoms more effective, but would such a dynamic work for Tarkov, perhaps in a more limited capacity? (If you need 10 sniper kills for a task, 5 of them could be shared.) Or would it swing things too much in favor of groups?
Very interesting that you brought up DMZ quest sharing. To me, the "Kill 20 AI in the Market area" kind of quests were an afterthought, while the "Deposit these items in a dead drop" made you work for it. As for Tarkov, Veritas already mentioned you should share boss kill quests instead of having to make the killshot. We've all stolen a boss kill trying to help our teammates. However, I would be against sharing quests like Shooter Born in Heaven, because some players would never interact with aspects of the game such as sniping. Also, like Jake brought up, RMTers and cheaters would have a field day boosting and carrying players. Still, they could try something out with quest sharing. BSG already have some sort of party checking (teamkills don't count towards tasks and you get brought down to 1HP in the after raid menu)

Yeah. We tried a different audio recording this time around. TBH, Church kind of messed up the noise reduction in post as that fuzzy sound is Giga's AC fan in the background. Anyways, it should be fixed moving forward!

Re: other group games rewarding group play, you’re underselling how much stacking makes Tarkov easier. “Oh comms are bad” is borderline cope when consider how much safer slamming lobbies with a big stack is
It makes it easier, but compared to other games with a combination of High TTK, no friendly fire & UI elements, this plus comms helps to even it out for solos a LOT in my opinion
