Thank you for this. I'm coming back 5 years later to say this is gorgeous. I've had this saved in my favorites for a long time and finally tried it today on my granny Hexi-Cardi and WOW! Thank you again for sharing this join. 👍😄
Lovely. I'm going to try this join on a granny square cardigan to connect the back panel to each of the front side panels. It seems to have a more flexible feel to it than other methods which won't leave a stiff side seam I'm hoping. Thank you for this vid.
My husband and I have the same puzzle wedding rings as yours. My first silver versions of the same came from being stationed in Europe and seeing them coming from Turkey. We decided we wanted them for wedding rings when we married over a decade ago. My ring is 14k gold and his is 14k tri-colored gold. Our first promise rings were silver. I refuse to wear diamonds since learning of DeBeers marketing. Diamonds are not rare, they are just severely controlled release of supply and, of course, the Blood Diamond movie as well. If I get bored, I can take off my ring and play! Thanks for the crochet tips, too! Merry Christmas!
I am not the designer of the squares so cannot make a video of how to work them, they are free patterns on ravelry if you search for Joanita Theron she has lots of squares designs
Hi there. Gorgeous squares and fabulous connection. I'm able to stitch all horizontally but then when it's time for vertical - oh boy...could you please let me know? Do you go along or just square by square?

Is there a reason you skip instead of DC in every stitch?
Yes, skipping gives a better finished join :)
Hi there. Gorgeous squares and fabulous connection. I'm able to stitch all horizontally but then when it's time for vertical - oh boy...could you please let me know? Do you go along or just square by square?
I go all the way along vertical and horizontal for a neat finish
Thank you!
