I have been looking at your videos time to time and just found this one on eye exercises. Followed your steps and i can't believe that I feel way less pain in my knee. I did the exercise in bed with feeling knee pain and didn't even stand up straight because i as so tired from work. I thought that by not doing it correctly (standing or sitting up straight) would not work. Well it did. All I have to do now is go for a walk to see how it feels when walking. Thank you so much
@@lisbethsalander1723 If I can add, how often do you brush your teeth? You do so on a daily basis, to be proactive against tooth decay right? When it comes to our knees, it’s the same thing. We have to do these exercises (or others) every day to reduce the paina nd make sure it doesn’t come back. Hope that helps put it in perspective
@@drewvanzee3063 I know that and am doing those daily - simply asked for an estimated time to see a sustained difference. My question remains unanswered. That's okay. But getting a lecture like a toddler is not okay. Not subscribing.
@@lisbethsalander1723 I’m sorry my response came off as a lecture. To see a sustained difference it really just depends on the person. For some people they can do it a few times and fix their problem. For others it’s one tool amongst others to repeat often to achieve lasting results.
Great question. Basically your eyes tell your body how to move. And when you converge or diverge (look in or away) that movement is associated with flexion and extension, or bending and straightening your knee. But, your nervous system acts as one, and anything you can do to reduce the perception of threat to your brain (like see better) the less reason your brain has to send out pain and stiffness :)
@@drewvanzee3063thank you drew but I can not understand how it is possible this amount of relationship between vision and movement, in this case is should be the same for people with eye problems like blind people or semi blind people and they should have sever pain in their knees thereafter. Could you please explain a bit to me or if you suggest any references like scientific researches, that would be helpful. Thanks for all your help.
Wow it’s weird to me but I think it worked. It is 1.22.25 one I will do this every morning as my eye exercise before doing anything else for 90 days and see what happens. Most of the time it’s at nighttime that I really feel pain and I can’t do that exercise then, but I will see if it helps thank you.
I get it. It took me awhile to understand also. Basically, the mistake we tend to make is focusing too much on where we’re experiencing pain. Reality is, pain is just a warning sign from your brain. And you can make your brain feel more comfortable about moving your body when you improve important body systems, like your vision. Make a bit more sense?

Thank you Drew, you’re very helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
My pleasure!
I have started doing this exercise today. I will write to you in a week or so about the effect on my knees.. Thank you...
Fabulous!

It’s amazing, isn’t it?! Good work :)
how is the effect holding up, if I may ask?

Truly inspiring. Knees feel a bit sore but I confident that it's working. I will watch the webinar too. Thanks so much Sir
Great!
What is the neurological connection between the muscles of the eyes and the knees.?

It is weird, and it works! :) I make a bet with you that you can see big results in way less than 90 days. Best of luck!
Sir please make a video knee ligament reconstruction exercise pcl ,ACL mcl and also range of motion especially bending. Flexion
Thanks for the videos. Apparently I do not have bone on bone problems, so will try to get an MRI. Much appreciated though.
Sure thing. Even though you may not have bone on bone, these exercises still could be very helpful, so i’d still encourage you to try them :)
Just do not understand why there is a relationship between vision and knee pain due to degenerative arthritis!
