They're total armatures! Wish they'd stop calling it a rebuilt engine - its definitely not. Its just a polished turd doing a so called top end rebuild which half the time just accelerates the bottom end capping itself soon afterwards (seen it many times). Also, 1641cc isn't the largest barrel size that's possible without machining the engine block - a 1680cc thick wall is much better and fits straight into the stock engine case. But you still have a old worn out bottom end which the new more powerful top end is powering through.
