Just how independent are they of their nation’s Govt? I love DJI products - but I do worry how smart we all are buying millions of these drones with high resolution cameras that the Chinese Govt could just one commandeer en masse.
They are already capable of far much more than this , they are advancing just enough to keep ahead of competitors. Also , obviously sales. Considering DJI Ship more in a month than the rest combined in a year.

Mavic 3 owner here, happy to see this isn't a Mavic 4. Looks cooler, but not enough new features to make me want it.

Unless the other lenses have the same quality as the main camera, its pointless. Hard to colorgrade and match with main camera footage. I'll stick to my Mavic 3 for now.
I'm stunned as to how much this company has achieved. I've heard of you guys a few years back without knowing much about you, but you've master gimbal and drone tech so well that you're now the industry go-to. Amazing. Bought your DJI RS3 few days back, what an amazing device.
The main camera on the DJI Mavic 3 Pro is the 4/3 CMOS Hasselblad Camera,24mm equivalent with an aperture range of f/2.8-f/11 that shoots 20MP aerial images.
The second camera features a 1/1.3-inch CMOS Hasselblad sensor and has a 70mm equivalent focal length lens. This camera provides a 3x optical zoom with an aperture of f/2.8 and shoots 48MP aerial photos.
The third camera has a 1/2-inch CMOS Hasselblad Camera with a 166mm equivalent lens that offers a 7x optical zoom and a 28x Hybrid zoom at a fixed aperture of f/3.4 and can shoot still photos of 12MP.

hell no!.... Just will watch the next Drone product you're going to release next week. And then a new one a week later. Just re-badge the same drone tech and call it something new. Thankfully Feiyu and GoPro still build products most people can USE
Respect the amount of work which has gone in to this. Given how difficult it is to design and execute anything, let alone high performing products, seeing these achievements is not only inspiring as a creator, but in life in general. What were once childhood dreams are now reality.

Man, I just bought the Classic two months ago for a film project I was hired to do... if I would have know this was coming, I would have tried to wait! Would be nice to have that Tele lens, but I espcially would like the HNCS color option. This makes me sad...

id like to see a budget cargo drone to deliver food and packages tho so people can set up logistic drones in mines and construction sites to haul hand held tools or paperwork or maybe somone left keys in office A and need them at office B wich could be over 1km away in some huge mines the drone could have a box that you can put the keys in and take them to the other place
maybe make the cargo drone modular so you can fit the camera attachments from DJI like the FLIR camera or spotlight to help on work sites
the pilot camera would only need to be 1440p to fly safely and maybe some other minimal features to keep the drone lighter and give it a bigger battery to fly for longer while carrying cargo around

I've just unpacked my Mini 3 Pro and loving the fact that I can shoot 4km away in 4k 60fps.. With this, I'd have a happy heart despite a dry wallet. 😊 Incredible stuff DJI!!

@@lukagdynia Well, you are right. Anyway if you are working just with software, it's definitely easier and it's a must if you want to survive nowadays. Anyway with hardware, gets more complicated. From my point of view, DJI has a definitely a solid product release pipeline and people like me and (maybe) you are here to wait what is the next one

@@HolbrookStark Hi. It's a dream come true because of the Tele cameras that can capture closer subjects. Those cameras are game changers because it is nearly impossible to get great footage of subjects that are within restricted aerospaces. However, all of that changes with this drone. You may not agree with me, but to each one their own. Personally, I like the quality of the products DJI develops, and I have watched how they strive to innovate over time.
@@wilfredoyvanessa yup an amazing drone I bought one too by Autel is great to have too for no geofencing ideally own both.
This is the same exact thing as the Mavic 3 Orginal except a wider view ? I can put an anamorphic lens, save the money and still get the same view as of Mavic three pro.

Well done but in my case its not worth upgrading from Mavic 3 to Mavic 3 Pro. If theres going to be a 12x optical zoom in the future I would go for that instead

The IQ from the zooms keeps staying just a gimmick on the same drone at least for me. It is probably grading and compression but oversaturated colors oftentimes out of gamut with details being crushed into a mush looks unusable for anything serious. You should take longer and deliver at least one usable zoom instead of 2 looking like from mini or Phantom 3.

NO NO NO NO NO... DJI. What is this nonsense. 3 different sensors. Only 1 is 10 Bit colour. Other two sensors arent matched to the 1 inch sensor. What we wanted was a zoom on a 1inch sensor so we could have 10 bit throughout the zoom range. This doesnt cut it at all. I wont be buying this. Please give people what they wanted 1 sensor with zoom lens.
i remembered the 1st time i use my P4, really opened a whole new view of my life exp, what a lot of us dreams to see/view for,become reality because of this company, keep the good works guys!

The problem is not the slow ones, but the size of the sensor... when they take out a 1-inch sensor, everything will change.

DJI, I am putting it out there, a tri-camera osmo would be game changer in the market! 16mm/35mm/70mm would be a sick on the fly setup for real estate, weddings, etc. Wouldn't believe how fast Id buy that so I wasn't constantly rebalancing my gimbal. Thanks for continuing the innovation in the film and drone industry!

I bought one 3 months ago due to a very good deal. Extremely high quality product with unmatched competition. DJI really are the best when it comes to drones - it excels in every way possible. Hats off to China and DJI for this amazing product.
Ended up "selling" mine to Russian squad 'Rusich' so I'm hoping to get some very good video footage from it. Soon they will respond and use it in combat conditions. Happy customer!!
Now, just lose the overbearing and unnecessary restrictions - like everyone else, and we're good to go.

Nothing for me - over 900g (and therefore banned with much higher restrictions & regulations in the EU). I'm still and now even more happy with my regular Mavic3 (not Classic) which is EU Drone Class C1 certified now. But the price of the new Pro is attractive!
You can fly up to 5 meters from people using slow mode in C2 category. Not much of a change from C1 category.
Camera setup is so Apple like. Not a bad inspiration to have. Cool drone !

Cool to see new advances! This helps to justify the cost of the Mavic 3 Pro over the Mavic 3 Classic, since with the previous 2-camera configuration, I imagine more people would've opted for the classic. This helps to differentiate the lineup more.

No SD CARD could handle that amount of data rTe at the same time from all three cameras. As much as I would want it they would have to hugely compromise on quality.
