Coyle is having a great season and Geekie is quickly becoming one of my favorite goal scorers. He's fighting every game for the right position, works hard and makes it happen out of nowhere.
I really liked watching Geekie in Seattle, but, as a New Englander, when the Bruins picked him up I was so stoked.
His goal is one of my favorite shots in all of hockey. Coming down the wing, full windup, far side just inside the post. We don’t see as much as we used to but it’s beautiful when it happens

The Boston Bruins or the art of regularly winning games while risking disaster each time. In any case, game after game, we discover a fourth line of attack which creates big problems for opponents: Beecher-Boqvist-Brazeau. In other words, it looks like the B's have found a B's line. GO BRUINS GO!

What a wild 3rd period, props to Phily they have had some really strong games and moments this season.
Bruins need to stop blowing 2-3 goal leads in the 3rd. No idea how they are sitting top 5 in the league still with the 3rd period and OT performances.

@cindybates68 yeah I know, several teams have a game in hand though. I'm a Bruins fan but the amount of 3rd period blowouts gives me a 1st round exit feeling.

Heinen what a shot, don't like the way they let them bsvk in it, the need to hold leads, letting teams up with your foot on their necks is a bad habit. But great W.

Yet again, the Bruins get a lead and try to mail the rest of the game in. They got lucky this time. The Florida Panthers play all out every game, whether they are far ahead or far behind. This is a coaching problem. Ever since the All-Star break the Bruins have been playing at 80% effort.
It's infuriating to watch. I start turning the game off after the second period now because I'm tired of watching them blow their leads, miss empty net shots, turn the puck over for no reason, make weak passes into traffic, trying to dangle through 4 opposing players. etc. If this bullshit took place when I played hockey in high school back in the day, coach would have lost his mind on us. The second the other team pulls the goalie, our Bruins somehow turn into a bunch of inept useless vegetables.
@@NatPat-yj2or the giveaways are by far the worst. Make passes when nobody is there. That and changing the lines when in the attacking zone.
That's because the rest of the regular season doesn't matter that much. As Boston has shown home ice doesn't mean much in game 7. They're intentionally holding something in the tank for the postseason, and I think it's the right move.

How tf are the Bruins in 1st place? It seems like they're actually trying to lose at this point. Philly is just so bad they couldnt do it, but any halfway competent team beats the bruins in this game. Idk wtf happened over the all star break, but something broke. They are a completely different team than they were before. I'm hoping they're just saving it for the playoffs since we saw how much good regular season wins did them last year, but I doubt it. I think this team just stinks.

он каждый матч бостона так коментит. бывало, что вообще в слоумо. я вот всё не могу найти информацию о нём. может он после болезни какой стал таким заторможенным. потому-что если он здоров, то ставить его комментатором на каждую игру это просто пытка для ушей
нашёл инфу. зовут его Джек Эдвардс. раньше был топовый комментатор в нхл. последние годы стал тормозом. сам говорит, что врачи это никак не могут объяснить, якобы полностью здоров. ставят его наверное из-за уважения. и то это наверное его последний сезон. потому-что много жалоб на его речь от зрителей. у нас в Беларуси был такой же "народный" комментатор Новицкий по прозвищу Мэтр. все его терпеть не могли. он по 100 раз за матч заговаривался, ошибался. однако его упорно пихали на все топовые матчи
