Bruins are back to playing good hockey the way we know that they can.
Some great college players in this game: Larkin, Copp & Compher (Michigan), McAvoy, Shattenkirk & Coyle (BU), Lohrei & Merkulov (Ohio State), Swayman (Maine), Lyon (Yale), Frederic (Wisconsin), Petry (Michigan State), Walman (Providence) and Gostisbehere (Union), and perhaps a few others that I can't recall.

Despite the referees best efforts to help the wings win giving Detroit 6 power plays to the Bruins 0, and Boston with less than 24 hours rest between games, Bruins defeat the Red Wings 5-3-outstanding.
And like the refs never help Boston 🤣,especially when Boston is home they need the zebras to help them win
And for the record if you wake up a not be delusional,the real fact why Boston has so much penalties all the time is because that’s how Boston always plays and then there fans whine about it 🤣,very brutal and vicious hits and checks all the time like today on Lyon.and today the red wings were really showing what it feels like to check dirty,so I loved the shove on dirty Marchand.

Not to mention you have the worst depth scoring of any team in the NHL. you have 13 players on a 22 skater roster with 10 or fewer points lol don't you think people are just gonna ride Pasta into the dirt in the playoffs when the whistles go away and suddenly you can't score? Kane would be 7th in scoring on your team and the guy has played 13 games and is 800 years old and coming back from hip surgery
The way boston plays warrants more penalties. They play with a “what can I get away with” mindset. The refs were pretty good tonight honestly. I think there could’ve been more called on either team but for the most part the refs did a good job tonight

I wanna say is because he wasn’t “fully in the crease at impact” and I think lindholm tying his stick up also played a factor into I’m not to sure I’m a wings fan till the day I die but when I was watching the game I was whispering to myself that it wasn’t and good goal and was absolutely shocked when they allowed it
@@kadenmerritt5655 yeah, obviously I'm a Bruins fan, but I thought it was goalie interference as well. I don't think that you can use your stick to keep a goalie from moving just because he is outside the crease though. That ruling didn't make any sense to me at all.

Cannot get how all these signings added up to samo results plus the injuries were not that extreme compared to last season. Maybe the coach is over his head with the game plan. When the referee has to approach the bench and ASK if the coach wants to make a challenge, and the coach says "Well, um yeah ok", that's when you know for sure that Gary Bettman is on the phone.

Daniels is one of the best PBP guys in the NHL. Much better than even prime Edwards never mind this washed up version.
Brickley is way better than Redmond who is near Edwards level bad.
Edwards has gotten quite incoherent, but I will say he is one of the few team announcers I hear that gets passionate about good goals and plays no matter the team. He is very hyped up and energetic even at rival teams scoring on the bruins in the playoffs.

That was absolutely goaltender interference. Blue paint or no blue paint the goalie is allowed to attempt a save, and he was not able to because of the opponent’s stick. Zero consistency among the stripes/Toronto
