1 YEAR since getting COVID-19... how am I now?

7 months post Covid and my smelled is literally altered. I used to not smell. Now my smell is all messed up. I can’t smell the difference between scented things. They all have the same repulsive smell and I can’t smell a few things. Idk how to get it back

I developed pots (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) it is a chronic illness that I will now always have to live with ;( but I also think certain things taste like the comet cleaner and it sucks
