Here's what they say about it:
CINDERS OVERDRIVE is the ideal tool for blues shredders and retro rockers. Its all-analog circuit convincingly recreates the warm harmonic distortion associated with a hard-driven tube amplifier. Is it responsive? You bet it is; whether you pick the strings with a dust broom or with a fire iron, CINDERS OVERDRIVE tracks perfectly to ignite your sound. And thanks to its super-wide gain range, your tone remains incredibly transparent at all times.

I'm suspicious of a review from a channel that says everything featured is amazing

I do worship music. Would this pedal be gainy too for that type of genre?

Hi! Sorry if this doesn't apply to your question anymore. It's not too gainy for those sounds at all, if you roll the gain somewhere between 10oclock and 12oclock.

How do you like it on the single coils? I haven't been able to get a good sound with them.

Sounds good to me with single coils!

Dipswitch Demos I gave up and returned it for a Boss OS-2. Cost twice as much (I think) but gets me a dirtier sound with the singles. My opinion of course.

this pedal sound better with single coil. I have strat. player HSS and marsall amp.. i use pedal for singl and marshall gain for H. I like more pedal wit single, but it is nothing bad if u play on H. It is I just like more marshall with H pickups.

and if u like some kind of blues! this pedal can do good job!

I don't understand why you're suffering when you're playing the guitar. XD
