Thank you for this video!! Would you say a week here is doable? Considering accompanying my spouse on a work trip. Would you say the city is kid friendly?

You're most welcome. Yes, a week is more than enough time in Pamplona. If you're spending a week, I would do day trips outside of Pamplona (see ideas in video). I'm not sure what you mean by 'kid friendly' (my nice is solo travel over 50 😀), but it is a safe city and I'm sure you can find things to do with kids. I'm sorry that I don't have those ideas at hand.
