In terms of cruises, no, I personally don't participate. I prefer to stay in a location to see and do more. Two nights is a good amount of time to spend in Coimbra. It's full of hills, so plan on walking steep inclines, or you can catch an eco-friendly tuk-tuk. They do have them there! Enjoy!

Metro and trains are super easy in Porto, and inexpensive. Highly recommend.

Nope! It's in a great, walkable location, and you can also catch the Jitney bus. I only used taxis a few times (to/from airport mainly). Yes, I'm sure Mexico is a lovely country, from what I have seen so far. Unfortunately, it's really hard to see an entire country in 5 days, but Mexico City was wonderful in 5 days. Hello. Well, I'm not sure I would consider Barcelona over-rated. 😉 Yes, there have been protests by locals about the cost of living and amount of tourists, unfortunately. But please know that many cities and towns are experiencing over-tourism. This is the future trend as the human population continues to grow and these places and attractions stay the same size. This is why I recommend traveling in the shoulder and off season. Plus, these times will tend to save you money on travel costs.

I'm pleased you liked the video. I believe 3 nights is a good amount of time to see the city's highlights. Of course, the more time you have the better in order to see and do more. I also highly recommend getting outside of Porto to see more of Portugal. Yes, mine did not provide water so I just purchased a very large bottle (not multiple small bottles) at the OXXO for convenience. This is my recommendation.

Yes, they still have Uber in Madrid. I think you can also call taxis on the Uber app? You should download the app and do a test to see what results and prices you get so you know in advance.
