This is beautiful video. Very helpful. My question is I throw discus from low point, does it my big mistake? And I think that is why my release is not good
A good release happens just below shoulder level, with the thumb angled upwards slightly...so it might feel "low" to you. Could also be the angle of your chest in the power position. If your release feels off, just keep practicing drills to focus on the squeeze motion, and some short distance throws to really nail it. Hope that helps!
