thanks I'm 74 yr old and in the senior olympics in shot put and discus. I found this very helpful. I was always under the impression that I have to bend over to make a 45 degree angle to throw. That has gotten hard over the years after my two knee replacements and your videos helped me to realize that I don't have to do that anymore.
Great video! My coach midseason told me to get a high point and didn’t really elaborate on how and now this video connects with me really pushing that weight over my left in the back! Awesome! Hope I can hit 45m+ this year
I just pointed this out to my kids the other day. My kids were doing a forced orbit which put them out of position. Once they fix their power position orbit was better and the discus flew further
Really sir I liked this video a lot among ur all videos not for the teaching the teaching is good in every video I liked this video really for the editing that u had done after the intro it is very funny😂😂😂
Love your teaching. Sloooow motion on all the orbits would be helpful for us to see what you see. Wanting to learn some tips to help my two grandsons. Thanks.
I go to track & field clinics every year and no one ever is able to explain this. Thank you!
TonyQuist1003 💪🔥🔥. You’re welcome.

DRACO FURY 13 yes. Gotta maximize your orbit no matter how tall you are and this helps that for sure.

Let's see a video for older throwers 60+ who may not be as limber as teenagers.
