    thanks I'm 74 yr old and in the senior olympics in shot put and discus. I found this very helpful. I was always under the impression that I have to bend over to make a 45 degree angle to throw. That has gotten hard over the years after my two knee replacements and your videos helped me to realize that I don't have to do that anymore.

    Great video! My coach midseason told me to get a high point and didn’t really elaborate on how and now this video connects with me really pushing that weight over my left in the back! Awesome! Hope I can hit 45m+ this year

    I just pointed this out to my kids the other day. My kids were doing a forced orbit which put them out of position. Once they fix their power position orbit was better and the discus flew further

    Does this work for anybody at 5'10.... Cus some of the guys that throw are 6'5-6'7.......I'm jus asking 🤔

      DRACO FURY 13 yes. Gotta maximize your orbit no matter how tall you are and this helps that for sure.
