- The Ninja Foodi glazed spiral ham was so quick and easy to make. The ham retained it moisture and I was able to brown it up using the tender crisp function on the Ninja Foodi.
Did I tell you I love the Ninja Foodi!
This was a 4.5 pound boneless spiral ham. Pressure cooked it on high for 5 minutes then Manuel release, then 5 minutes on tendercrisp. Turned out perfect.

👍👍Great video...short & quick to each point. Loved it!
Thank you
I recently bought a Ninja Foodi and so far I love it! My wife passed away recently and she did all the cooking. I am understanding how to cook things in it and love your video for the ham! I got tired of eating out or heating frozen dinners so this Foodi is the answer to a prayer!!! Just one question, is the ham already fully cooked? I just purchased a 4lb boneless one similar to yours that states it is fully cooked. It will be just my grandson and I for Christmas dinner this year and we both wanted a ham!!! Thank you very much!
I’m sorry about your wife. Thoughts and prayers to you during the holiday season.
Yes, the spiral ham was already cooked. Your just reheating it and browning it a little in tendercrisp function. The Ninja Foodi is perfect for you. I find it great for a single person. I’m working on smaller portion recipes for one or two people. Especially the Mac n cheese- just way too much. Unless you want to eat it for a week, lol.
Happy Holidays to you!
pressure crisp Thank you soooo much. That would be great if you could show some recipes for one or two people! I’m going to do the ham dinner tomorrow for Christmas!
Your welcome. The ham will be great! Enjoy dinner with your grandson.
Just in time for Easter!
Do you need to thaw the ham or was it frozen?
How do I cook a 5 pound bone in ham in the Ninja Foodi?
Probably 30 minutes on HI pressure then natural release for 10. Make sure to add a liquid to pot at I would use 1 cup liquid. You can use pineapple juice or get a can with the pineapple and pressure cook it. Will add some flavor.
I've been getting so many questions for a bone in ham that I think I may do one this week.
And if you have a glaze you can air crisp or broil for some color.
If I understand this correctly, you can perform the function of Air Crisping the ham with liquid in the bottom of the pot, even though the ham is sitting on the rack above the liquid, and it will remain rather moist. Is this correct?
Also can I substitute coke for water? I would think coke, Dr Pepper, etc, orange or apple juice would work just as well as the water and add more flavor.
You can keep the water in when air crisping. Half the time when I make wings I forget to dump out the water after pressure cooking- don’t see or taste difference. You can use any liquid that you want. When I make ribs I’ve used coke and apple cider on different occasions.
Next time I make a ham I’m going to try pineapple juice.
Thanks.
You need to remove the water...air crisp does not work correctly with liquid in the bottom..she didn't want the ham to dry out though..but technically she wasn't air crisping it
I apologize if I missed it but when did you slice it? It was sliced when you opened the pressure cooker
It was a spiral sliced ham. Purchased it already sliced. Thanks.
I have a 9 1/2 pound bone in ham so how long should I cook it for.
45 minutes hi pressure, 10 minute natural release.
How much water do I need to use to cook the Ham in?
@@tabithapruitt2899 1/2 cup the least one cup of a liquid-water, pineapple juice, or other liquid of your choice
@@tabithapruitt2899 did you do it? curious how it turned out
The ham was already Fully Cooked so couldn't you have just put on the glaze and then air fry it.
You could but the air crisping may make it. too dark as well as dry it out. You could give it a try but. I have never done it and am unsure of the results. Thanks Linda Brooks Harper!
