Ingredients:

vanilla: one teaspoon
boiling water: 2 tablespoons
Separate the egg whites and yolks, beat the egg whites with a mixer for three to four minutes until the whites take shape, then beat the egg yolks with vanilla and sugar for 4 minutes on a high speed, then add two spoons of boiling water to the yolks and beat for two seconds. Stir, finally sift the flour and baking powder over the egg yolks and mix for about thirty seconds, then add the egg whites in two stages and stir for 30 seconds each time you add the egg whites, line the bottom of a 20 cm baking pan with parchment paper and put the cake ingredients inside. Pour it, turn on the oven ten minutes before at 180, then put the cake in the oven for 40 minutes to cook.
