who the f...k plays RPG on an XBOX!!! PC rules the RPG world. Console guys, play some racing, and soccer! Oh and this overrated CoD they all talking about. I guess they haven't played BF4 yet.....
***** Final Fantasy???? Ha! Now that's game! We are talking serious RPG business here laddie! Not action packed, anime..... Oh and the PC has a Final Fantasy version also.
Tell me how Dark Souls plays on PC Man Knight? Exactly. Traditional RPG's = PC but action RPG's = Console. Even Diablo 3 works better on console. Games like Dragon Age: Origins work better on a PC because the combat isn't action.
Kilionaonn Dark Souls would be better on PC,if not for the fact that it was designed for consoles,so its gameplay mechanics work much better on pad than on keyboard, although I played DS on keyboard too, even did SL1 NG+6 run.
The PC version of Dark Souls with DSfix installed and a controller plugged in is a far better experience than the console versions, which I also played the hell out of before the PC version came out.
Skyrim is way better. Ths game has slow combat and bad graphics. I did play it for like 2 hours and got bored of it. Skyrimis way better in many ways. Sure the story is pretty short but who cares though. The graphics the weapons the armor and tbe realsticness Skyrim has that this game doesn't
One of my favourite games on PS3 gen epic game guys dont miss out on it, the combat is slightly stale compared to rpgs these days (dragons dogma) but it's amazing on its own merits.
I remember playing and enjoying that game, but as a big fan of knights and archery in rpgs, I don't remember the "being a mage is fun" part of it. Plus, now I've got a Xfire of hd6870 and a GT620 for hybrid Physx, so gotta replay it!
This isn't aimed at Joe, it's aimed at the commenters: Stop comparing every single game to every other game based on slight similarities. Why does this shit always have to happen? Comparing games in the same series or franchise is fine, but why do people always do this? I LOVE Dead Island and Riptide, mostly 'cause I co-op it but also when I solo it. It was clunky as fuck, but I loved it. I then get 1000 messages of "bwuuuuuuuh left 4 dead has better shooting mechanics" If I want to play left 4 dead I'll play left 4 fucking dead.
this game will annoy you or make you laugh at it many many times. if you actually play it for a while you would know a 7/10 is a bit too generous. you'll gradually start to recognize all the parts where the developers got lazy. the best way to describe Two Worlds: it's The Room of video games.
I dont know, Two World 2 was too much boring for me, it is not even close to Gothic 3 and TES. Lack of quests, difficulty of enemies and horrible face & dialogues. About magic and spells it is excellent made, and about world it reminds me of Far Cry 2 and it is not too much interesting. I hope TW3 will be better but for now it is bad and boring like 1st. Score 4/10
Part one was waaaaay better then 2. It may have had some flaws on the console (i never noticed them), but it had a larger world to explore, more stuff to do. and even the silly dialoge was actually pretty funny. Part 2 is ok but its not really open world when the biggest landmass is largely blocked of by invisible walls. Part one also gave you freedom to go wherever you want from the start where part 2 you are stuck on an island for half the game. i would give part one a 8/10 and 2 a 6/10.
I know this is old, but frankly I can appreciate a company that acknowledges its faults and make a joke of itself, while moving forward to improve :) that bit with the Tw Worlds guy in his apartment was pretty funny
Very excited about Two Worlds 3 being announced! And already purchased the DLC for this title to show support to the developer & publisher. My main wish is they would try and implement dynamic difficulty scaling Morrowind-style with the updated engine. . I just have a major soft spot for this series, I like both titles a lot. The humour and quirkiness of Two Worlds just rubs me the right way. . The first had the pure sand-box experience; with the second I thought the writing had taken great strides fwd, I quite liked my various allies, my nameless hero and cared what happened to them.
Wait...@10:15 there's a quick shortcut to loot corpses? My save file is 30+ hours and probably 1 whole hour of that is opening and closing corpse loot dialogs!
If you have a small TV its not fun. I remember the fonts being to small to read. Trying to relearn what happened in the archery tutorial was impossible at the time. But now I have a bigger TV, maybe I should give this old game a second chance.
I got the original for a few dollars and loved it for that price and this one is def worth getting for 4 bux or so but don't pay 30 or anything close grab a used copy or one on sale
I loved the original, it was so unique it just begged to be played. But all the console babies were like "ewww the voice acting sounds bad, I want the protagonist to sound like Batman in every game whaaaaaa" I thought the VA was awesome, it was awkward yet meshed really well with the obscure nature of the world. Decent graphics, satisfying combat, loot whoring, it was great.
The good things he says make me really want to get into this game, but the beginning of this game is just bad. I had to restart it because the audio went out and it went into slow-mo. You have to get into the settings right away just so you can see the entire screen. It isn't clear when the tutorial is over and (afterward?) it's not clear where to go. Switching between and equipping/unequipping weapon presets just feels weird. I just found it clunky and confusing and hard to get into.
When it came to classes, and skills and whatever it had a huger list. But when it came to questing had a lot more interesting things to see and it was easier to get into due to leveling change and combat changes. It also takes less time to level which keeps people interested.
One thing i appreciated about Two Worlds was the way how monsters would die and stay dead. If i killed monsters in a certain area, i won't have to fight them again. They are dead, and gone. Game over
I'm definitely looking forward for Two Worlds 3 and Dragon's Dogma 2, both have so much potential to be godlike in the gaming world if they get it right and see what's missing from these games
how is it I stood before this game literally years ago in a store but instead decided to buy witcher 2? when I played witcher 2 I realized I waisted my money, by seeing this now I also realize I missed out on the best magic customization in any game I have ever seen, playing as a necromancer? in this game, you seem to have a proper possibility to do so.
After spending almost 2,000 hours on Skyrim modded and spending over 700 hours on Fallout 4, I decided last week to take a break. Two Worlds II has been sitting in my Steam library for a year because I got it gifted from a relative and on a completely spontaneous impulse, I installed the game on my HDD and decided that I was going to make fun of it because I heard so much about how bad it was. I thought it'd be fun to insult the game because of its pathetic AI, its terrible animation, its absurd dialogue, and its terrible controls... little did I know... 64 hours later... Sixty-fucking-four hours later... I can't put the game down. It's a guilty pleasure for sure. I'm having a lot of fun with this game! It's 20 times better on PC, the world merge mod, the revised AI, and the improved RPG system makes this game extremely entertaining. Bottom line is that I went from Triple A RPGs like Skyrim and Fallout 4 to this... that speaks volumes about this game. Just a few days ago I even heard that they're trying to release a new DLC for this game -- after 5 years!!! -- and also that there's a sequel due out soon. If you played Two Worlds II before and you didn't like it, it's probably because you were comparing it to Skyrim and you were expecting too much out of the game. Do what I did, I went into the game thinking the game was horseshit. I had no expectations whatsoever for the game. See if that changes your perspective on it. Bonus: I hear the Magic system is one of the most original in Two Worlds II... believe it or not, I've never used magic in my Playthrough and I'm still having a blast! Any game that lets me dual wield swords and roam wherever I want is a good game in my book.
Crunk Playa69 i wanted to like Fallout 4 so bad, freshman year of high school i didnt buy lunch the month of october and saved my lunch money for fallout 3. fallout 3 wasn't perfect but it captured my young imagination. Fallout 4 is a like a really bad open world Borderlands game, that thinks it has a good story. and im from New England! why tf do we get featured in the worst fallout game!
pretzelfrog As someone who has loved Fallout since the first 2 games, the Bethesda Fallout titles have never been able to capture that original Fallout feel. They can say it's in the same universe with better graphics all they want but they have never come close to getting the Fallout franchise right. I like Bethesda's versions of Fallout only because it's like playing Elder Scrolls in a post-apocalyptic future, but that's it. It has never once recreated the same feelings that the first two games had. The second one was the best in my opinion. The only one that came close to the original series is New Vegas... and that's only because Obsidian had some of the original developers of the first two games. Too bad New Vegas was far from finished and had to be rushed though. Hopefully Bethesda makes Elder Scrolls VI more like Morrowind and less like an Oblivion or Skyrim console port.
I remember in two worlds 1 I spent 20 minutes running around in circles shooting wolves in circles that were chasing me. There were probably 30 of them chasing me, and I would stop, shoot a couple arrows, then run away some more. idk why but I actually kind of enjoyed it.

S0pecies is more accurate...species of Human and also, I was exaggerating lol.
Vanilla Skyrim absolutely does not deserve 10/10. Too many bugs.
I'll be blunt this game is shit.
What's good for you then?
who the f...k plays RPG on an XBOX!!!
*****
both ff7 remake and ff11 & 14 are on PC maxed out lmao, yah we play a real Final fantasy game you people play 13 XD
No, just no.
not sure if troll
Is that why SKyrim has sold more than Demon's souls Dark souls and Dark souls 2
Two worlds 2 isn't even that good. The story is so stupid
People already know skyrim is a good game this is a review for a different game and therefore skyrim is irrelevant.
Demon Joe: "i want to play too!!" Joe: "Demon Joe you can't play get out of here" Demon Joe: "But why?" lol, poor Demon Joe
Is the intro theme a midi version of Crossing The Rubicon? Can't remember the band name
i really want more RPG franchises that are as successful as elder scrolls or even better
One of my favourite games on PS3 gen epic game guys dont miss out on it, the combat is slightly stale compared to rpgs these days (dragons dogma) but it's amazing on its own merits.
"And if you look beside you your goldfish is dead" I laughed for like 10 min...
I remember playing and enjoying that game, but as a big fan of knights and archery in rpgs, I don't remember the "being a mage is fun" part of it. Plus, now I've got a Xfire of hd6870 and a GT620 for hybrid Physx, so gotta replay it!
6:17 I didn't know Gozer makes a cameo in this game!!!
This isn't aimed at Joe, it's aimed at the commenters:
Stop comparing every single game to every other game based on slight similarities.
Why does this shit always have to happen? Comparing games in the same series or franchise is fine, but why do people always do this?
I LOVE Dead Island and Riptide, mostly 'cause I co-op it but also when I solo it. It was clunky as fuck, but I loved it.
I then get 1000 messages of "bwuuuuuuuh left 4 dead has better shooting mechanics"
If I want to play left 4 dead I'll play left 4 fucking dead.
this game will annoy you or make you laugh at it many many times. if you actually play it for a while you would know a 7/10 is a bit too generous. you'll gradually start to recognize all the parts where the developers got lazy. the best way to describe Two Worlds: it's The Room of video games.
Iv'e been thinking about getting it, would you recommend it to RPG hardcore fans like myself??
I prefer the original to the sequel
Here in 2021..I miss this game was fun as hell..hopefully two worlds 3 comes to light
Hey, I got the Epic version of the game for PC. Is it similar to this? And if so, is it worth the dollar I spent?
He does speak truth at the end! the magic system is the best ive seen on any game
Joe do you still have this opinion on the game in 2021?
The sword fight system could also use some innovation.
I got the original for a few dollars and loved it for that price and this one is def worth getting for 4 bux or so but don't pay 30 or anything close grab a used copy or one on sale
I loved the original, it was so unique it just begged to be played. But all the console babies were like "ewww the voice acting sounds bad, I want the protagonist to sound like Batman in every game whaaaaaa"
I thought the VA was awesome, it was awkward yet meshed really well with the obscure nature of the world.
Thanx Joe you just talked me into giving this game another shot.
one thing i found annoying is that its not hard to become an unkillable monster of death very quickly in the game
When it came to classes, and skills and whatever it had a huger list. But when it came to questing had a lot more interesting things to see and it was easier to get into due to leveling change and combat changes. It also takes less time to level which keeps people interested.
One of my favourite things in this game was the musical buskers in the towns. And you could play a guitar and the songs were simple but so relaxing.
was that...the voice of the narrator from Stronghold ?!
I didn't even get half way through the first Two Worlds before I got an OP hammer and was unstoppable.
since no one else did it, I guess I have to
like if watching in 2015
I miss 2011 AngryJoe.
would you still be able to find this game in a store? that magic system got me wanting this game (and i rarely play as a mage in RPG's)
One thing i appreciated about Two Worlds was the way how monsters would die and stay dead. If i killed monsters in a certain area, i won't have to fight them again. They are dead, and gone. Game over
I hope in the future they create another TW for PC & Playstation 4.
Came here for steam sale? is it worth the money?
So did he ever review the first one? I can't find it.
that should be the slogan "its actually playable now!"
I'm definitely looking forward for Two Worlds 3 and Dragon's Dogma 2, both have so much potential to be godlike in the gaming world if they get it right and see what's missing from these games
I just got done playing this game, and I can say that the game is worth playing.
No it isn't.
how is it I stood before this game literally years ago in a store but instead decided to buy witcher 2? when I played witcher 2 I realized I waisted my money, by seeing this now I also realize I missed out on the best magic customization in any game I have ever seen, playing as a necromancer? in this game, you seem to have a proper possibility to do so.
Now Reality Pump is dead ;/. It's sad...
Double bonus: even after 64 hours of total playtime from Steam, I'm still in the Prologue!
Crunk Playa69
only problem with your comment, Fallout 4 isn't an rpg.
pretzelfrog Lol, I must agree with that. I really do hate Fallout 4's pathetic excuse for an "RPG" system.
Crunk Playa69
i wanted to like Fallout 4 so bad, freshman year of high school i didnt buy lunch the month of october and saved my lunch money for fallout 3. fallout 3 wasn't perfect but it captured my young imagination.
Projared already convinced me its not all that great, but i agree its an improvement from the first.
I never will understand why youtubers think we want to see them on screen? do a review without being on screen and see if you get more views
I know im a "bit" late but why is this vid just in 240p and 360p? XD
I actually played the original two worlds for hundreds of hours and enjoyed it.....is there something wrong with me?
Where is this bundle?
