My wife just bought one, and really enjoyed your review. She recently discovered your channel and is a total Bible nerd (it's ok, she's writing this)! She is subscribed and says thank you for all your hard work!
Hi Steve, i got one in hardcover last month and it's really good for verse by verse study, i already spilled some coffee on it too, the paper is great, and the comfort print despite being small its easy to read, am near sighted. This and reformation study bibles are sitting on my study desk all the time.
yeah...I love having these study Bibles in hardcover. They're great for the commentary when you want it and they sit on a shelf nicely....not to mention the hardcover is really very affordable. Thanks for watching! I'm glad it was helpful
A little. But it’s not really focused around that. If you’re looking for Archeology…maybe the WasV Archeology Study Bible?? Or even the CSB holy Land Illustrated.
Thanks!!! This is a note from Christianbooks.com “The NIV Biblical Theology Study Bible was previously published as the NIV Zondervan Study Bible. Study notes and content are the same.” Not the NIV Study Bible. I’ll have to check if I miss spoke. The NIV Study Bible is going strong
@@ClaimingChristianity Thanks. I’m sure I just misunderstood. I didn’t know that there were two different Bibles: The NIV Study Bible published by Zondervan and the NIV Zondervan Study Bible.... No wonder they changed the name.
Looking for some help to clarify something that I don't understand. Is there a difference between the NIV Zondervan Study Bible and this NIV Biblical Theology Study Bible? The next question that I wonder are these the same as the NIV Study Bible. What is the difference between these three Bibles? NIV Study Bible NIV Zondervan Study Bible NIV Biblical Theology Study Bible I appreciate any help and clarifying this
Not sure I’ve compared the two but I’m sure they’re close. I’ve found with “Main stream” (not specialty like archeology or history SB’s) study bibles…the commentary in side is similar when it’s the same publishing company. The lay out just changes and get’s better. If you want “more” or “different” info…you gotta get a different translation or company. (Ie, ESV, Reformation, etc)

Thanks for sharing!! I don’t think a Bible is fully broken in til it has at least one drop of coffee in it. Lol. Thanks for watching!!
I am ordering my very soon. Thanks for helping me to choose which one I want!!! Stay Blessed!!
Glad to help!! Soli Deo Gloria
Thanks for removing the dust jacket. That’s all I wanted to see 🤣
Ha!
Enjoyed your very good review.
Thank you my friend! I'm glad it was helpful!
Glued or sewn binding, I know many hardcovers are glued but just curious?
Does it come with free tacos....😂 I have it on the Olive tree app. Do you know if it comes in leather?
You sold me on the hardcover, Steve. Amazon has it for about $25+ and change.

does this Bible have any bits of archeology and culture notes along the way, either in side column articles, or within the running commentary?
A little. But it’s not really focused around that. If you’re looking for Archeology…maybe the WasV Archeology Study Bible?? Or even the CSB holy Land Illustrated.
Nice information bro 👍👍👍
Thank you! I'm glad it was helpful!
Is this worth getting for someone who already has the esv study bible?
Would this bible be redundant for someone who already has an esv study bible?
i PRAY THAT YOU WILL ALSO MAKE a King James Version of this Biblical Theology Study Bible, please, please, please?! =)
Great review. Did I hear you correctly that this is the “NIV Study Bible” renamed?
Thanks!!!

The next question that I wonder are these the same as the NIV Study Bible.
What is the difference between these three Bibles?
NIV Study Bible
NIV Zondervan Study Bible
NIV Biblical Theology Study Bible
I appreciate any help and clarifying this
I'm trying to figure out the color niv study bible from 2020 compared to this niv 2015. Which has better study material ?
Similar. If you wanted “better” study material I’d go ESB SB
what is the difference between a Study Bible and a Theology Study Bible
Really not much. Just terminology in my opinion. I'd lump um all in to either Study Bibles, Reference bibles, or Straight Reader
How does this compare to the NIV revised edition study Bible?

Ribbons- why? Get some post it tabs.
I love my ribbons…lol…but I also used to use post it tabs.
Disappointed that it’s not red letter edition
Yeah. It seems to go 50/50 for people. Sorry it didn’t work out for you.
