Thanks for the video. :) I haven't experience disconnection issues with the app myself, but what really irritates me with the App is that it does keep the volume consistent between programs. For example, if I am in an area that has loud background noise like heavy machinery and lower the volume to make it more comfortable then receive a call from my phone the bluetooth program kicks in and resets the microphone to normal levels. Another complaint about the app I have is that when using the Telecoil or Bluetooth programs and you go to mute the mic, it doesn't actually mute the mic. Some sound is still comes from the microphone. I would love to have the option to mute the microphone on the hearing aids completely when using those programs. Other than the, the experience with the App has been pretty solid.
I had difficulty with the Phonak app the first couple of days on the new platform launch. I updated the phone and the Phonak app and it seems to be better. I was hoping that i wouldn’t have to re-pair my devices because i wasn’t sure if i would lose my health data by doing so.
Dr Cliff, I have a request for a video. You have reviewed the sphere infinio and explained the “wow” factor of the sphere. My doctor just ordered me the infinio but it won’t be the sphere. I require a cros. The lumity cros lasted me 5-6 hours. My doctor is expecting improvements in this but I have directional deafness. Would you help me understand the improvement that I am waiting to experience? The hearing aids in most reviews are the sphere which doesn’t pair with cros.
Brilliant first class , explanation
Very well done video. I'm especially happy to have the Phonak/Bluetooth support number.
Thanks for such great instructions.

Have you heard of hearing aid connectivity problems with iphone ios 18.x? Thank you.
On my Android phone, you didn't say how to find out what background apps are running so that I can close them.

This disconnect also seems to happen when you have a phone operating system software update.
Would make sense if the phone is rebooting after the update.

You can use the translation features in the caption settings. Does it nice enough job I think translating.
