Loves this song when Naked Self came out...many moons ago! Matt Johnson in my opinion is one of the UK's most underrated songwriters

A mate of mine got me in to The The back in the day. They were all about Mindbomb. But I loved inflected. I have it on tape, CD and now vinyl. So please don't hate me for having a playlist.
One of my playlists has odd stuff and rare stuff that I hear, save and kind of forget about.
A couple days ago I started going through my "rare" playlist and this song came on. I was in absolute awe. It's acoustic, but beaty, catchy with great poetic lyrics that, having done a few jobs in this very strange world of the two face paranoia that's seems the result of post covid lockdowns, seems to resonate very well. It's so bloody catchy. Why oh why have I not heard it sooner.
Always loved Matt's, devil like, deep voice. Yet his falsetto is a revelation on this song.
Think this song is rapidly going to be an all time favourite.
