as an offline player I can say that these objectives are a pain to be done the same way it is painfull for an online player, because you will play on the easiest difficulty possible to accelerate the progression, and the game simply becames unenjoyable (although even in higher dificultties the game lately ins't enjoyable as well)
50 goals for suter is insane. I got the draft dahlin like a week ago and I have only scored like 30 with him so far.

When I look at how many modes/games we should play, you have to assume that nobody at EA has a social life ... and they expect that from their customers too 😉.
As a pure offline player, I absolutely hate Moments ... and Rush hasn't been enjoyable for weeks
I think it's more likely to assume they don't play their own game. Usually, the game design gets better as the year goes on. This year, it's gotten more and more out of touch.
Almost every single one of these MSP sets has been awful. The fact that Team Builders and stockpiling 83s for power ups is STILL the best bang for your buck is ridiculous.
I've played HUT almost exclusively for 3 years now, but I have basically zero interest in it next year. They haven't shown a single thing to build confidence going into next year.
And since no other game mode is worth a damn anymore either, I'm strongly considering skipping the game for the first time in 15 years.

EA just has to stop with these kinds of back and forth ways of making cards, are we doing power-ups or flat out making the cards, I prefer the power-ups because I see that having more value in each cards you pull. This is just stupid. Please go back to having us use 40 whatever power-ups to max a card. And I hope that the 99 event wont be like this cause if it is then i dont know...
I wish you could trade in that 95 kad from SCP event for this.

Hey Sleeves. Hedman went up to 97 if you missed it.
The format is bad. We already hated the captains event then the awards. The problem now that they continue to have meaningless events as it is way cheaper to get an xfactor, a tots or a powerup icon up to 97-98.
This game is a chore at this point.... so much for objectives 2.0. I rather have challenges back than this bs.
Its so unfair to offline users these objectives are dreadful to grind even against rookie cpus lol
@@jmaster2930 I wish they'd stop putting Rivals objectives in the daily and weekly.
@@adams9848 absolutely last week i had the "score 5 goals in rivals" for weekly and i couldnt do it because i did not have access to online... so much improvement better be made for NHL25 lol 😂
This game is just so infuriating like I play so much, barely play any other game, and I have a 90 overall team it’s so unrewarding to play
That's what made me finally stop. Grinding 2-3 hours a night, just to keep up...I started realizing I was feeling angry and frustrated when I'd turn the game off. And I'm like "this is the opposite of what video games are supposed to be".
So, yeah...I'll likely never complete the stupid "Quest For 99" set that I've been doing since October. But that just seems like a microcosm of HUT this year. EA just nickel and diming us the entire game and it ultimately not being worth it.
@@ghost_615 most of the time I don’t try to grind getting the objectives and stuff I just play rivals which is more fun

I am only playing this game whenever I have the desire to! I already have eighteen different 99 cards! Twelve forwards and six defenders! That is not counting the fact that I have three of MacKinnon and Three of McDavid, as well as two Makars! 😂 So now I am just playing here and there and sometimes throwing in a few cards that are rated lower because I like the players, case in point; the 96 Team builders Sundin and Pronger! I was surprised at how disappointed I was with 96 Chara! I would rather have Hedman or even Heiskanen! Oh well… waiting for NHL 25 I guess!

They need to try to change the format to something like MLB the show. Also bring back NHL 23 controls. Sick of this dog water puck protect
Wow! What chaos and a boondoggle to make an MSP. What is wrong with the tools at Burnaby? Why does EA think when we play a video game, we need to be a math scientist for making an MSP for a HUT team? Like we want to do all of these boring off-line games, with their (NHL 22-24) brutal slow menu stuff, and the kicker for this one is 1.5 million for a MSP...really? Burnaby 👎.
It's incredibly poor use of good cards, but if you are sitting on a ton of higher fodder, you can trade in anything 89+ in the NHL94 anniversary for two 85s.
Edit: heads up. Each player in that set can only be made twice. Don't over make collectibles.
