Fusing Fabric layers together for perfect hat brims, patches and DIY appliques

Use Heatnbond fabric adhesive to fuse two layers of fabric together to make a fantastic wrinkle free hat brim. Our Sunblocker is our bestselling hat and you can find the pattern and step by step instructions on our main UA-cam Channel, Mad Cap Hats. We started using HeatnBond a couple of years ago to help give the hat brim more shape and we have been wearing them and testing them ever since. Results are in and they are great! Wrinkle resistance is just one of the features we noticed but also the brim has lasting shape. We use HeatnBond for making our own appliques too. You can make a shape template from poster board and outline it on the paper side of the HeatnBond before fusing the paperless side to the back of a layer of fabric. Cut out the shape, peel off the paper and then apply to the right side of a second layer of fabric. Great for patches too!
