I was in Bangkok for the first time in September, I made sure to buy all meals from street vendors and never eat under a roof.

It's the street food! Man oh man......... I love it when the sun goes down, I hit the sidewalks looking for new dishes, and then an old dish, then maybe a rodee.... It's hard to describe how wonderful the street food crawl can be.

another day, another video! 👍 for me, when I was staying in Thailand my biggest love was just daily easy delicious sliced up fruit from the fruit cart vendors! I would get pineapple or mango nearly daily! So cheap and delicious! Perhaps that may also be since Ihave lived in tokyo since 2014 and fruits are SO EXPENSIVE in Tokyo.....
yeah the fruit is amazing and often i can get a sliced mango on the street for less than a whole mango in a supermarket.
You can get good cheap street food even in the tourist areas. This is where the locals eat and you can’t beat the price!

One tip, you can buy small plastic reusable boxes at most markets and ask the vendors to put the food in there. Helps reduce the plastic bag use.

One of the best places I ate when I was in Bangkok in 2017, was also recommended by Mark, was Pe Aor, where I ate the best Tom Yum Kung Noodle ever!! So good I went there 2 times! Give it a try!! 😉😉 Big fan of your videos!! Cheers!

I'm Thai many kind of street foods very yummy, but I have to choose healthy menu and yummy , so that my main dish for breakfast is chicken rice , stew beef curry with rice , for lunch bhamee yentafo noodles , beef chopped pad kapraw ,and for dining padthai with shrimp and squid is my prefer dish or pad prig kaeng with shrimp and squid that really yummy for me. , desert I like bua loy with coconut corn and taro.

Fav street food - Mrs T - Som Tam. Me - Satay moo or Satay Gai. Another great video Chris - never would have guessed Cambodia as number 21.
Street food is 100% a must when I travel to Asia, Bangkok no exception.
THIS ONE SAVE MY DAY. FOOOOD. :) what is my favorite.. ? not easy to answer. .. but it has to be something with chilli, fried chicken, boiled or grilled meat. The list is long, but for me it is also important to be able to eat it in the street, a small table with a chair on the pavement where the taste, smells and not least the atmosphere.. LOVE IT. MISS IT . 2023 am in these streets. . Chris bring nr 20 please :)

What you called the ginger bubble tea is always my first meal in Thailand @ Terminal 21. It's a ginger soup with some brown sugar, bean curd and some crunchy dough bits. It gets rid of anything I may have caught on the long flight over. One sleep closer 🇨🇦🚣♂🇹🇭

The hot bubble tea that your co-host was referring to was a miss representation. It is one of my favorite Chinese hot desert call”豆腐花” tofu fa. (tofu flower). It has nothing to do with bubble tea at all. It’s a special made soft tofu in ginger brown sugar source. Overall I enjoy your video. Keep up the good work.
