I feel like during all of my attempts at delete this I'm gonna get something stupid like "Upon moving: take damage, spawn a host"
Upon moving, take damage. Upon taking damage, spawn The Bloat.
I got one item that was "When shooting spawn charmed Delirium" the game ended up crashing because I had like 3 million Deliriums, that was fucking hilarious 🤣
I got "every time you pick up something, spawn a random wisp" so I basically dropped a pill over and over and won because I also got infinite invincibility
I think random events aren't exactly a separate category since any event can become a random one just like with damocles being a random periodic event
You should make a video where you highlight the "Don't do" of isaac.
Like for example, do not get ipecac/lachryphagy, or don't take Censer into the dogma fight.
I would watch every single video since there is so much nuance in this game.

As example: Tough Love WHEN ISAAC SHOOTS A TEAR it has some chance to replace tear with tooth
Or Infamy works when Isaac take damage from projectiles
It’s regular effect but luck based, I don’t think it deserve it own category
Yeah, of top of my head I can think of only one random effect : it is Damocles falling. Everything else still tied to some trigger
@@simonnikonov2577 Damocles have 1/10000 chance to fall every 4 frames so technically it’s like empty vessel or placenta but with frames, not seconds

I agree with all of these except for the last one.
All the randomly occuring ones are basically just other versions of event procs that have a success rate of less than 100% and may or may not scale with luck
Like, Scorpio is a fixed 100% chance to apply poison, while Common Cold apparently has an activation rate of 1/(4 - (Luck / 4)), reaching 100% activation at 12 luck

I think Mars is a bit bugged as sometimes I did not double tapped and it still rushed. Maybe it's because I was playing on keyboard the whole time.

It's a bit niche but I have a question about Plan C.
Normally, if you it in the Beast fight, the fight will end fast enough that you win before it kills you.
However, if you use it while time is slowed down (Stopwatch, I am Drowsy pill),
the death animation takes too much time and you die.
How about when time is accelerated (Broken Stopwatch, I am Excited Pill)?
Would it then allow you to cheese Mega Satan, Delirium and/or Mother with Plan C?
