@@D.A.R.C.I. what he was used for: Exploiting infinite self damage (infinite money with IV bag, blood rights was broken, razor blade for infinite damage), it also gives you immunity to spikes but you know, not that big (idk about spike rocks now, idk if it's said on the video) and crying when getting it on curse of the blind.
What is used for now: running into thing's (your body deal contact damage with it sooo), having your hitbox not being targeted by enemies and crying for getting it on curse of the blind.
Tainted Forgotten: I don't think so.
Isaacs heart and 120 volt or any orbital is amazing with isaac's heart. Serpants kiss and isaacs heart is a won run.

So the game is ghostcist and makes characters who are mainly ghosts have another hitbox when using Isaac's Heart. Okay.
yeah they need to fix this game before I play it anymore I'm tired of all the stupid destructive item combos that Repentance is full of. pisses me off.

I love isaac's heart now, just like tiny planet there's a slight learning curve but it rewards you massively. But unlike t.p it doesn't make you struggle in XL rooms

Accidentaly picked Isaac's Heart with Tainted Forgotten during a Curse of The Blind floor, I died two rooms after that.
Not only this item is a run killer for Tainted Forgotten, but it's also for Tainted Jacob, because the heart tends to get too close to Dark Esau since both follow the same path right behind Jacob.
It just makes Dark Esau much more likely to turn Jacob into The Lost and, in tandem with the heart, pretty much guarantees Jacob's death from everything else...

This item is actually not bad now, I almost won run with it using Samson but then I didn't get much good items
yep it's now more strategical, i won a run using it with lost, I spend all the lives of dead cat, but I get beat mother. (it's worth to say that I have spear of destiny too, but the point is that can be usable now)

Isaac's Heart + Tainted Maggice will probably carry like 80% of your run. Because you still have lethal hugs and now you are imnune to contact damage.
damocles is an instant kill unless you are literally invincible (book of shadows, chariot card, tooth and nail etc) it's why you can dodge it with the i frames with how to jump or suplex

Not really. I got it on t Maggie to mother and the heart made most of her attacks stupid hard to dodge. My damage wasn’t high enough to vaporize her, even with the hugs, and I’m pretty sure I would have won without the heart

Yeah, now enemies attack isaac and the heart, before that they just attacked the heart. I beat the challenge first try without any problems

Jes because you could not use blood donations and devil beggars for free in the challange in ab+.so its basicly just the buffs which affect the challange.

It just doesn't instantly doom the run if you get it curse of the blind imo
Maybe if you get used to playing with it you can make it work... But some rooms are just garbage with the item

They should make it so with pound of flesh if the heart stomps on a collectibles in shop you want to buy it will damage you and get the collectibles
Idea for a challenge :Isaac's heart,BFF,gigante bean, and Isaac can't use tears. I think it will be hard but beatable

It sounds viable on paper, but in practice, you rarely are able to make it through one floor with this.
The contact damage is nice, but most times, the enemies will come from multiple sides, or just push you back around before the dmg can kill them.
Now, if the heart was controllable like ???'s only friend, you could put it safely in a corner and, unless there's a bullet hell going on, you will have a chance.
You can control it tho, it always goes behind where you're firing, plus the knockback it provides is just butter bean on steroids, if you can get used to it it's op
@@shrocng I'm sure you could get used to it, but seeing how rare it is, I'll never get the chance.
Also, it tries to move opposite to where you're shooting, which still means you'll get hit if enemies will rush or shoot you from more than one direction.
Now the question: does Kingbaby affect the heart? If yes a close combat fighting style would definitely be viable having the heart stacked away.

I wanted to ask this small question, but what's the font you use for the videos to be as close to the font used in Isaac?
I'll be honest I miss the immunity stuff this item could do like blood rights for easy wins it felt like it gave the item a purpose now it's not horrible but it isnt great either.
i hate feeling like the only way an item is useful is for stupid cheese strats. isaacs heart may not have the potential for easy wins now and its not like S tier but at least its worth picking up sometimes and has a legitimate defensive application.
id take a consistently fine item over a terrible one with a single game break synergy any day - makes me feel like my wins are more deserved, without getting screwed over by terrible items like the pre nerf heart

@@LuigisLegend ignoring that the lost vs isaac is absolutely not endgame anymore, isn't that more reason to have it be strong in a way that's actually engaging? is it not incredibly boring to get to the endgame and have your reward be something that's completely awful in almost every situation except for like half a dozen really narrow edge cases where it just turns into spamming space like that one stupid tainted judas break? i'd rather just have an item that feels good to use all the time

I always take this item. It's an instant win against Mega Satan and really good against Hush and Delirium.
Plus it's really f-ing good with the Spirit Sword.

For Microsoft Windows, go to the folder on your computer named Documents, then navigate to My Games, and then Binding of Isaac Repentance. Scroll all the way to the bottom and there should be a file called options. The options file is a .ini file. Look for a line called "MaxScale" and change the number. I use "MaxScale=3" which should look pretty similar (if not the same) to what you see in this video.

I'm pretty sure you need to get more than that for it. I could be wrong but I think its 787 coins. You can look it up to be sure.
