I am not sure I would be so forgiving, when someone brings you to your knees, you have no idea if you'll ever be able to get up (in his case) mentally, emotionally, physically, financially was the least of it. In spite of that he managed to rise and then give thanks to her. He is a treasure for all of us to behold. Humble, graceful, incredibly talented, emotionally intelligent, wise, funny, Goodness me. Even though he didn’t seem to stand up for the Native American cast turned protesters in The Ridiculous 6. He knows where he fucked up, hopefully. I sent him a tweet the other day telling him how much I appreciate his work because he’s always pour his sensitive heart into his work. And he’s helped so many actors by giving them roles, including Drew. He uplifted people. He didn’t leave them behind. He knew who was worthy and I think he thinks everyone is worthy. He has a big heart. Adam still one of my top 3 actors.
Him and Brendan broke into the industry at about the same time, and in many of the same projects. He's probably one of the most genuinely proud people in the room.

I'm so glad that he actually seems glad to be where he is. I was worried about this when he made his "big comeback" because Hollywood stardom isn't for everybody. It sounds like an easy life, but it isn't. It destroys so many people, especially sweet gentle people like Brendan. And though I always wanted to see more of him on my screen, that felt like a selfish wish. I don't want him to come back to a life that almost destroyed him, just for my entertainment. I'm relieved and overjoyed to see that he's not just experiencing "success" again, because the way Hollywood defines "success" is sometimes toxic. I'm glad to see how happy this success makes him. I'm so glad that he actually seems glad to be where he is. I was worried about this when he made his "big comeback" because Hollywood stardom isn't for everybody. It sounds like an easy life, but it isn't. It destroys so many people, especially sweet gentle people like Brendan. And though I always wanted to see more of him on my screen, that felt like a selfish wish.
I don't want him to come back to a life that almost destroyed him, just for my entertainment. I'm relieved and overjoyed to see that he's not just experiencing "success" again, because the way Hollywood defines "success" is sometimes toxic. I'm glad to see how happy this success makes him. He deserves above all to be happy-and if he can be happy in this crazy world of stardom, I'm so glad to have him back.
