@@christyler7391 bc they stole all his work when he died. They don’t want anyone to know that part. The FBI raided his apartment and took all of his blueprints and sketches in search of weapons and advanced technology plans.
Edison was an entrepreneur. Tesla a visionary. Edison cared about money. Tesla cared about the beauty and secrets of the universe. Two brilliant minds, but only one who gets my full respect.
Edison got into science & industry, then became wealthy. Benjamin Franklin got into business, became wealthy, then went into science (and later into civics, then statecraft). Nicola Tesla was just a brilliant mind, who was brilliantly underfunded. That's why he didn't leave a larger mark on civilization & history. Tsiolkovsky arguably contributed more witb a single mathematical insight
Tesla was just simply ahead of his time ..and ultimately had the vision for the future through his own work ..the secret of the 3,6and 9 ,key to the universe 🙏
Without having someone from whom to immediately steal an idea, Edison was an idiot. His thoughts were silly, at best. Tesla was the deeper genius, no doubt.
Maybe not by the end of Tesla's life. It's such a travesty that an inventor that helped the world so much as he had such a sad and lonely end. Then again, I can certainly empathise with Tesla's aversion to people.
Both great inventors, but one was sorely uneducated on how people will take advantage of your enthusiasm and talent. Imagine the strides inventors could really make, without all these people poised to take selfish advantage.
Professional inventors are not professional business men. It’s is better to love each other and know how to cooperate. The more selfish we become the more generalists we need to become to win and survive.
So proud of all my fellow viewers in the comment section knowing Edison stole Tesla's work, and simply capitalized on it. Edison is the perfect example of what we value in our current culture and society: theft.

Waiting for the day they finally release Tesla’s tech. If that happens, almost everyone will have the quality of life of a millionaire in less than ten years. Not just the oil industry, but essentially every large corporation owned by the same shareholder firms (which is all of them, a monopoly), aka Vanguard. It's not the battery technology that makes tesla cars so great, is how the Tesla coil in itself uses less battery power because of its design
Tesla and Edison would have been an unreal duo if they only had a mediator that shared their vision. Life is balance, and they were eachothers yin and yang. Once that fell out of balance, they flew apart and that moment, histories future (our present) changed.
If I remember correctly, Tesla's wireless communication was an exact opposite to what we see now - in other means he ment globe to be transmission medium, not air . The best example of that was communication equipment used by US Army fighting in Europe in 1917-18 ( under gen. Pershing command iirc). In current implementation of wireless communication, we do transfer information - yes- but also irradiate everything around us.
Telsa the man was prevented from giving the world Free unlimited eletricity, that said accient Egyptians were more advanced for their use too, because they were using electricity history refuses to tell us. Edison also needed help in refining the light bulb.
If you ask a person today what the world might be like in the 22nd century, they wouldn't be entirely sure our kind would still exist, let alone be improved. Nikola's utopian view of the future definitely sounds way too positive compared to OUR view of what's ahead of us. We have learned now more than ever that major advancement has its own compromise, whether it's the environment, mental stress, loss of privacy, higher cancer rates, etc, etc. A true utopian future seems less and less likely to be possible with each leap we make in technology. Completely the opposite of how it should be.
