"Forced to pay back millions to the casino's and the IRS" Interesting that the United States has an amendment that protects you from self incrimination, yet the IRS considers money made illegally as taxable and even if you are court ordered to pay restitution for criminal activity, you STILL owe the IRS the taxes on the money you were forced to repay. Tell me... Who is the real criminal here?!?!?
Ironically it is the 5th Amendment that somewhat allows this to happen; income must be declared under the IRC under 'gross income' regardless of where it comes from *but* the declarer is not required to state the source and this is protected by the 5th. The courts have repeatedly ruled that the IRC exists to tax *income* not punish other illegal behavior!
@@AnoNymous-gm5oc The problem, and the IRS knows it, is that every declaration of income has to be substantiated with documentation that is proper to the IRS... Which means that your documentation has to be corroborated by a source other than you. You can show receipts, but those will have a second source on them most times. Criminals can not self substantiate their income, and their secondary sources will likely be considered invalid. The whole system is a racket. Better off to just ignore taxes and grease any tax men that come after you and disappear.

Fact #1: Cheating is wrong. Fact #2: Every casino game has a built-in advantage for the House (over and above the luck of the draw or the sheer chance of the player losing the bet). This is called the House Edge or the casino advantage. It’s an inherent and inescapable feature of the games themselves ; a mathematical advantage in favor of the casino. In other words, you keep playing long enough and you WILL lose money. Fact #3: Theoretically speaking, blackjack (played by a knowledgeable player) offers the best return on the bet. In other words, blackjack has one of the lowest House Edge percentages. Fact #4: Card counting in blackjack is a skill set NOT cheating. Fact #5: If the casino catches you card counting they won’t book your game. In other words, they will not allow you to continue playing and will promptly ask you to leave. CONCLUSION: It’s okay for the House to have a built-in advantage, but if you use your head to gain an advantage (not cheating) they’ll cut you off. THE MORAL OF THE STORY: The wolves love to target the sheep. 🐺 🐑

@@datguy2271 that`s right, but the casinos does cheat...like throwing out players that count cards in blackjack or people that edge sorting cards. Those are skills, not cheating. ok, yes but sticking something in to somewhere it is quite clearly not meant to go is cheating
I had my wallet pickpocked in the poker room at the Aria. Supposedly there's high tech cameras everywhere. No problem right? Wrong! The security people there wernt much help. They're only interested in using these cameras if you steal from the casino. if someone steals from you while you're in their establishment they couldn't care less. They don't want to get the police involved and will tell you they need to review the tapes for hours. After that when you try to make follow up inquiries they'll ignore your texts and emails.
I believe it.
Well, the hell with the Aria. I was actually going to visit them in March. But now, it will be a different casino. Thanks for your information.
@@Kanamit. Aria is a well-run casino but most casinos probably follow this same line. That said, I had a friend who forgot to take his money from the casino voucher machine at the Wynn, and the casino were onto it straight away and were very helpful. He was lucky enough to get his money back.
Yeah. The incident where the ladies purse was stolen sounded like it was heavy on BS to me. Will a Casino help out a "guest" on occasion? Sure, if they have obvious footage and the theft is immediately seen. But, if an incident is reported after the fact, I doubt seriously that the Casino will devote much effort into finding the thief.
my cell phone, same thing. They didnt do anything but call it

"Forced to pay back millions to the casino's and the IRS"
Interesting that the United States has an amendment that protects you from self incrimination, yet the IRS considers money made illegally as taxable and even if you are court ordered to pay restitution for criminal activity, you STILL owe the IRS the taxes on the money you were forced to repay.
Tell me... Who is the real criminal here?!?!?
i'd say its the guy who didn't pay his taxes ;)

I think all cameras have that feature it's kind of the most fundamental thing they do, record and playback.
I think he was meant to be commenting on the range of view and angles not the fact it has playback
he was commenting on both. Even if the camera was not pointed in that direction at the time, they can still see playback at that angle for the entire day.
I was surprised he said it only went back 5 days. Seems like you wouldn't want to reveal that limitation.
Casions are so paranoid though that even if you're on a legit winning streak they'll start looking at you funny or potentially back you off.
what I've learned about watching this video is that it seems ok for casinos to cheat and scam players, but once someone learns and cheats the casino, it's illegal? why is it ok for them to cheat us, but we cant cheat them?
Because they can afford to hire lobbyists.
Because they give our crooked government a cut. It's that simple.
They aren't really cheating anyone, all the rules to their games are public and you know the house has a edge.
This seems to be more like protecting the crooks from the crooks!
Protecting the BIG crooks from the little ones, or just smart people who are very good poker players.
All he had to do was go to the bathroom and flush it and they would still be taking them to the day, when a cheeseburger cost 30$ and everywhere else it's 5.99$ they are the real robbers
When I saw a group of 5 players at a table, the dealer called out "double or nothing" each player placed a 20$ and one guy won $40 and $60 went straight to the casino all in a matter of about 60 seconds, I never saw anyone part with a 20$ bill that quickly for nothing !

The best way nowadays to get away with cheating the casinos, is to get someone in the surveillance team to be in on the cheat. Therefore the one who is monitoring a specific gambling table can deliberately overlook the cheating of an individual who is in on it..

Casinos don't like clever players, casinos cheat the public but once the behavior is matched? Oh boy..
