you don't need to fulfill the coop missions to get the sync points, you can just collect the sync points. Someone published a map of where the sync points are, and you just start the coop mission, ignore the objectives, and just collect the sync points.

So in order to get all the skills in game u just need to get all the sync point on the co op missions , Leave , Complete main story challenges for upgrade points and u chilling ? Or do u have to do all of them ?

Go to the character customization menu and go to skills. Then just hit whatever category you want to improve and pick whatever perk-thingy you want. (BTW I would recommend getting the double assassination early)
