It's been a while but just so you know you don't have to stick to his exact gear build, some just as good alternatives are the sans belt as it gives just as many smoke bombs along with a ton of medicine and lockpicks, the napoleonic bracers as they give you more damage and health for the sacrifice of only one phantom blade and one berserk blade compared to the military bracers, the total damage stat of your character gives you more phantom blade damage btw though it does cap at some point, or any 5 star hood even non gold since the stats they give inbetween eachother by that point aren't actually that important so you may as well go for whatever looks best to you if you aren't wearing an outfit on top, a better looking if only second best cloak is the phantom coat, it gives you all you need while not looking like crap like the sans, for pants any pair that gives a high amount of noise reduction while still looking good to you can be a good alternative, so depending on if you have a different playstyle and/or care about how you look when without an outfit what gear you use is still pretty open to personal interpretation
I got it from a friend 4 years ago, but i didn't like it So i was thinking about getting it again and i saw it on the ps store for 8.99$. And i am actually impressed by it i don't know why i didn't like it before
For me, the best weapon is the Eagle of Sugar arguably one of the best weapons in the game carrying the same stats as the Sword of Eden with an additional blinding effect that stuns your enemies. Very useful in cases where stealth is no longer an option. I find myself blowing through enemies with this weapon. Where it may not look the best it makes up for in overall combat. So if you REALLY want a good weapon choose the Eagle of Suger.
@@ukinow5650 I'm currently finished 5 of the main missions renovated all in the Theater and did all 5 missions but it only earns me 9k? and for gear I think it was cinquedeas cause I can't buy Eden and Suger and for Gun many recommends the golden plated. I only bought the legendary hood with max stealth cause I ran out of money I'm Soldier rank and 4/5 diamonds
@@jikyam for the gun yes, you can shoot 4 (or 6) bullets before reloading. Complete the last main mission to unlock the Eden sword, for Suger sword you have to buy the DLC and do every single riddle on it
If you have dead kings, I strongly recommend the Eagle of Suger one handed sword because it has the same stats as the sword of eden and when upgraded has a 30% chance of blinding all enemies around you when you hit somebody
for me the eagle of sugar is just too op and it makes the game boring but if you don't care about that yea the eagle of sugard definitely is the best sword
For the hood I recommend the Legendary Napoleonic Hood, it has 5% less duration but 50% more Eagle Vision Cooldown, (San Culottes gives you 40% but for Communal Sense) I find this tradeoff much better especially if you want to use other skills
Communal Sense is still great because it reads the whole building you are in and keeps targets on the next floor visible longer in eagle vision when sprinting towards them

I wish you could transmogrify the armor. A lot of the armor that had the best stats were ugly as sin. I actually really like Arno's basic, plain blue outfit. I would have loved to wear that, while also having the benefits of the more advanced armor and the ability to customize the color. When I did play, I mostly just used that black version of Altairs armor.

The best actual sword in this game is the Eagle of Sugar. It can blind your opponents and it deals the same damage as the Sword of Eden. I loved using the armor in his video
Eagle of Suger is by far the best, it has the same stats as Sword of Eden but has blinding. That makes it crucial while fighting a lot of enemies, as you can chain the blinding effect if you do it right, making fights hell lot of an easier. If you can't chain, it's also a great way to distract your enemies long enough to run away and disappear

If you need money do a public heist (it belongs in a museum) and don’t move let the 3 other tm8 complete it and you get 75k each time you can make 1M in like 30-60

I would personally go with the Eagle of Suger over the sword of Eden, striking an enemy has a chance to blind all nearby enemies. This comes in handy when engaging pesky high level NPCs that will constantly parry you.
I also totally agree on the weapons. And thank you very much for doing this vid caus I've seen a TON of CRAP guides on unity, so I'm really happy that people can finally find a good guide on this game and I hope that a lot of people will watch this vid.

Thanks, this is the gear I was farming before seeing this video! the Dead Kings enigmas sword is better than sword of eden btw, it can blind enemies in a certain range after you attack one of them (I'm not sure if it's basing on a percentage but it's pretty high! often happens various times in a row!)

I'm glad I found this. I was planning on getting the game, but thanks to this video showing that the game has an RPG esk gear system, it has stopped me from wasting £24.
I’d personally go with the Eagle of Sugar over the Sword of Eden due to the built in Flashbang effect it has on top of matching the Sword of Eden in Damage. Plus since this was back when Assassins Creed was about being skilled and clever, you can get it as really early on.

For the belt I use the napoleonic belt, because it I creases health and the amount of Medicine you can carry around, while still providing only 2 less smoke bombs than the military belt. The sword of eden’s ability (which is now unusable since it broke in the story) was to blind enemies around you. This ability was then added back to the game but on a diff sword which was the eagle of suger. For me the eagle of suger is a better sword as it gives you more of an advatage of finishing off crowds of enemies around you as you blind them
The best weapon is the One-Handed Eagle of suger, it does the same amount damage but it has a chance to stun the enemy. You can get it through completing the dead kings dlc
I use the napoleonic hood as I’m pretty sure it has better eagle vision, phantom chest as it has second best stealth but higher health so it’s more balanced, military bracers same as the vid, napoleonic belt as I think the stuff is more important than what the military belt gives you, sans culottes bottoms for less sound when running and falling and I agree with weapons but the eagle of suger is the best and weapons like spears make it more fun in my opinion
Here's my setup (for now) - Head: Legendary Sans-Culottes, pushes all of the stats that all hoods feature to the max Body: Legendary Medieval Armour, best health and melee + range armour, decent enough area of detection. Plus if you're careful enough and know how to be stealthy, then it shouldn't be that much of a concern, though the more stealth-emphasizing armours do alleviate the process. Forearms: Legendary Military Bracers, max phantom + berserk blades, though an alternative could be the Napoleon Bracers, they look pretty ugly imo though lol. Belt: Legendary Phantom Belt. Imo, health, smoke bombs and ammunition are the 3 most important aspects of a belt. Cherry bombs, money pouches and poison bombs aren't all that useful tbh. Plus it gives decent health. Legs: Legendary Sans-Culottes Breaches. That falling and running noises lessened really helps out more than you'd think, plus I don't find fall damage reduction to be all that useful considering I'm always falling at safe altitudes anyway. Outfit: Thomas De Carnellion, hard earned reward so might as well wear it lol. Weapon: Eagle of Suger, nuff' said. Pistol: Gold-plated Pistol, also nuff' said. Aaaaaaaand that's it lol, may update my armour set later but I'm rocking with it atm.
I know I'm very late for this but the waist I suggest is the Legendary Phantom Belt. This belt not only gives you lockpicks, but it gives you ammunition aswell (being the only set to give you lockpicks and ammunition.)
MasterAssassin Yeah Origins may be an RPG but it still has an AC story, it’s the first AC story. The beginning of the brotherhood. I think that was awesome. At first I felt like they should’ve made a 1920’s or 30’s Game after Syndicate since each game was going further and further in time but Origins was pretty awesome.
JSGaming27 I agree, Origins had the RPG mechanics while still capturing the deep and signature of the Assassins Creed series. It still felt like you were playing Assassins creed but in a beautiful lively open world with more loot, customization, and freedom.

@@VentureTime_ow he / she means the game is dead even tho its fixed. in general alot of ppl still play but just try and do a coop heist. takes 10minutes to get a party and they let you do everything. co-op missions take a sec but heists is a pain. and the 2last coop missions like take all flaggs within 30seconds in solo mode is not possible (if you don't take your time to learn every single position out of your head).

Hello Mentor, loved your tutorial but I observed that stealth has increased in all terms well there is no health increase in any equipment so will it effect my health when I get into combat or is it just good as you mentioned?
this is wrong . i have a full health medieval bulild . it also allows me to carry same smoke bombs and a lot of medics .. i also use the last hand gauntlet cause it increases 13 percent attack power and has i think 6 blades each .. honestly , i dont know about you , but i can take down a whole army with my build ..its even more deadly than connor . stealth is nice , but who needs this much of stealth if you are good with a sword like Dante from DMC ?
Well said! That’s exactly the build I use! Except for the sword: I use the one with the snake themed hilt because, although not as powerful as the top ones, it still looks like an elegant XVIII Century sword, and not like an alien stick of destiny😂
If you have dead kings dlc, play through it and you’ll unlock the “Eagle of Sugar” this is a sword which acts as a stun grenade and enemy’s around you won’t have enough time to attack you since their stunned all the time.
The eagle of sugar is only nessexary if your having a group fight or doing the tournament co-op mission. Other than that it’s what ever looks good. Personally I like schiavona.

Really good video. I just started to play unity again, and I'll be grinding to get that gear build. Atm I've a full legendary medieval gear, and I regret it a little bit because it has almost only health.

For me the eagle of suger is a better sword as it gives you more of an advatage of finishing off crowds of enemies around you as you blind them

The best weapon is the One-Handed Eagle of suger, it does the same amount damage but it has a chance to stun the enemy. You can get it through completing the dead kings dlc
I've played assassins creed unity has been out for 6 years and I've played it for 6 years and I can certainly say that this equipment is the best
I use the napoleonic hood as I’m pretty sure it has better eagle vision, phantom chest as it has second best stealth but higher health so it’s more balanced, military bracers same as the vid, napoleonic belt as I think the stuff is more important than what the military belt gives you, sans culottes bottoms for less sound when running and falling and I agree with weapons but the eagle of suger is the best and weapons like spears make it more fun in my opinion

Balance gear:
legendary medieval hood
Legendary medieval chest
Legendary military belt
Legendary military bracer
Legendary military trouser
Here's my setup (for now) -
Head: Legendary Sans-Culottes, pushes all of the stats that all hoods feature to the max
Body: Legendary Medieval Armour, best health and melee + range armour, decent enough area of detection. Plus if you're careful enough and know how to be stealthy, then it shouldn't be that much of a concern, though the more stealth-emphasizing armours do alleviate the process.
Forearms: Legendary Military Bracers, max phantom + berserk blades, though an alternative could be the Napoleon Bracers, they look pretty ugly imo though lol.
Belt: Legendary Phantom Belt. Imo, health, smoke bombs and ammunition are the 3 most important aspects of a belt. Cherry bombs, money pouches and poison bombs aren't all that useful tbh. Plus it gives decent health.
Legs: Legendary Sans-Culottes Breaches. That falling and running noises lessened really helps out more than you'd think, plus I don't find fall damage reduction to be all that useful considering I'm always falling at safe altitudes anyway.
Outfit: Thomas De Carnellion, hard earned reward so might as well wear it lol.
Weapon: Eagle of Suger, nuff' said.
Pistol: Gold-plated Pistol, also nuff' said.
Aaaaaaaand that's it lol, may update my armour set later but I'm rocking with it atm.

It’s all good, still a great armor set, shouldn’t take long to save up and get the military pieces to go along with it
I know I'm very late for this but the waist I suggest is the Legendary Phantom Belt. This belt not only gives you lockpicks, but it gives you ammunition aswell (being the only set to give you lockpicks and ammunition.)
@@CloakedZeus6547 Yeah exactly, I was lockpicking tier 3 locks when I was just mid tier skill in lockpicking. They made it too easy honestly.
Assassin's creed was heading in the right direction with this game but then we got origins
Origins is personally one of my favorites I think Odyssey is when the problems started coming
MasterAssassin Yeah Origins may be an RPG but it still has an AC story, it’s the first AC story. The beginning of the brotherhood. I think that was awesome. At first I felt like they should’ve made a 1920’s or 30’s Game after Syndicate since each game was going further and further in time but Origins was pretty awesome.
JSGaming27 I agree, Origins had the RPG mechanics while still capturing the deep and signature of the Assassins Creed series. It still felt like you were playing Assassins creed but in a beautiful lively open world with more loot, customization, and freedom.

@@VentureTime_ow he / she means the game is dead even tho its fixed. in general alot of ppl still play but just try and do a coop heist. takes 10minutes to get a party and they let you do everything. co-op missions take a sec but heists is a pain. and the 2last coop missions like take all flaggs within 30seconds in solo mode is not possible (if you don't take your time to learn every single position out of your head).

Hello Mentor, loved your tutorial but I observed that stealth has increased in all terms well there is no health increase in any equipment so will it effect my health when I get into combat or is it just good as you mentioned?
Hardly any difference, and if you are stealthy enough you won’t ever even have to worry about it

this is wrong . i have a full health medieval bulild . it also allows me to carry same smoke bombs and a lot of medics .. i also use the last hand gauntlet cause it increases 13 percent attack power and has i think 6 blades each .. honestly , i dont know about you , but i can take down a whole army with my build ..its even more deadly than connor . stealth is nice , but who needs this much of stealth if you are good with a sword like Dante from DMC ?

Well said! That’s exactly the build I use! Except for the sword: I use the one with the snake themed hilt because, although not as powerful as the top ones, it still looks like an elegant XVIII Century sword, and not like an alien stick of destiny😂
If you have dead kings dlc, play through it and you’ll unlock the “Eagle of Sugar” this is a sword which acts as a stun grenade and enemy’s around you won’t have enough time to attack you since their stunned all the time.

The eagle of sugar is only nessexary if your having a group fight or doing the tournament co-op mission. Other than that it’s what ever looks good. Personally I like schiavona.

Really good video. I just started to play unity again, and I'll be grinding to get that gear build. Atm I've a full legendary medieval gear, and I regret it a little bit because it has almost only health.
