@@Lost_n_Found_1 I am not sure he is even that cerebral. His comedy is a mixture of wit but I lose it just from his facial expressions. He should have his own show. He already dresses like a talk show host.
@@rockmyballsplease He's had some HBO specials and made regular television appearances on Comedy Bang!Bang! over the years, but I know what you mean. I think he does have some cerebral bits though, as I've seen a few crowds get lost in either his choice of verbiage, or overly-analytical, albeit hilarious, passive-aggressive diatribes. It's a type of genius either way we cut it, lol. I'm sure we can agree we're both fans of his work! He hosted a one on one talk show on youtube a few years back called The Speakeasy, before Russel Peters took over. He's just so personable. Check it out if you haven't already.
Spenser Grimm Tom Arnold misunderstood P. F. T.s "you've done it" (you've solved the mystery of the cubes) as "you've done it" ( you know about the cubes so you've probably done the cleanse) comment because Tom Arnold, himself, is overweight.
I love this man. I saw him live in my hometown a good while back (where he did this bit, actually!) and it was an awesome evening. Definitely my favorite comedian.
I cannot listen to any podcast episode with pft on it in public because i end up looking like a crazy person because of how hard I am laughing and crying due to said laughter.
I love PFT but I think he may have painted himself in a corner with all of his extremely dapper suits. I couldn't imagine him working out in anything less than something with pinstripes.
Those cubes are probably very similar to the old "natural weight loss miracle" amber gelatin stuff from the 1960s, which pre-dated the Fen-Fen era. Then came Metrical, Sego, and today's Slim-Fast. But not only did you lose weight with that golden fake Jello, but it's also supposed to be great for finger and toenail replenishment!
Probably because he hasn't starred in any movies or big TV shows. He's done support roles and bit-parts in a wide range of stuff like Bojack Horseman, Bob's Burgers, There Will Be Blood, Tangled and one line in Anchorman. He was also in Mr Show. However, he's been in like every podcast ever, or at least it seems like that. Check out Comedy Bang! Bang! (also a TV show now), The Thrilling Adventure Hour, The Pod F Tompkast and The Dead Authors Podcast to hear more of him, he's great. He has two shows of him own at the moment. The first is with Jim Henson studios, called No, You Shut Up!, and every episode of that is up on UA-cam. It's pretty good. The second is an interview show called Speakeasy, and I can see it among the recommended videos to the right.
Paul F. Thompkins would possibly make a good Toyman in a Superman movie. He's got the look. The Suits and gap in teeth. Don't even design a wardrobe for him just have him show up on set and start filming.
I love Paul so I thought this was awesome......then Andy came in shot and I revised my estimation to mega awesome!! Wish it was the whole thing, I love those guys. They were awesome on Comedy Bang Bang!!
Does gelatin help with weight loss? Gelatin May Help You Lose Weight Gelatin is practically fat- and carb-free, depending on how it's made, so it's quite low in calories. Studies show it may even help you lose weight. ... The researchers found that gelatin reduced hunger 44% more than casein
Id recommend Bojack Horseman as he plays Mr. Peanutbutter, Old Beyond Belief episodes of The Thrilling Adventure hour, and his episodes with the Dead Pilots Society!
Always loved how paul dresses like a Lemony Snicket character
Paul Tompkins and Mr Peanutbutter with the same voice? What is it, a crossover episode???
Nope, dog wanted to be man's best friend so bad he turned into a person, with a gigantic suit collection.
The most underrated comic of all time. I honestly don't know why he isn't as famous as other comedy celebs.
too cerebral and self reflective for the mouth breathing masses.

@@rockmyballsplease He's had several shows, lol
@@Lost_n_Found_1 yeah but everyone has a show now. I mean like on network or something similar.

Paul F. Tompkins is a national treasure.
He is SUCH a delight. I want him to be in every single movie.
"It's me, Tom Arnold!" Classic Tom Arnold.
the "havent done it" joke deserved a much bigger applause
I have heard paul tell this joke before, and I don't understand that part. genuinely. can you explain it?

+Spenser Grimm That Tom Arnold clearly hasn't gone through the weight loss process.

Conan seemed to like it, hahahahahahaha
Mr. Peanutbutter!!!!!!!
Equus21 Writing & Films I only scrolled down to find this comment right here
The moment when he said "...with my co-star Daniel Day-Lewis," is such a Mr. Peanutbutter moment! xD
Doggy doggy what now?
One of those punchlines that makes you chuckle and then you just keep laughing.
Who's that dog?
My two favorite comedians together! Would love to see PFT on Conan's podcast.
The cubes were probably Konjac root. My guess is that the blue liquid was to keep them cold without freezing them.
I love this man. I saw him live in my hometown a good while back (where he did this bit, actually!) and it was an awesome evening. Definitely my favorite comedian.
For me he will always be the man that introduces Tenacious D at the open mic night.
oh he is the human Mr. Peanut Butter
Mr. Peanut Butter?? wut
He's a voice in a Netflix cartoon series called Bo-Jack Horseman. It's really funny he play's a dog called Mr. Peanut Butter.
Brett Shearer ahhh, gotcha
Mr Peanutbutter and Conan in the same room? what is this, a crossover episode???
SEASON 5 IS AMAZING!
PFT and Conan have great chemistry
Can Pauly T. be the guest always. He is charm personified.
This man is truly hilarious, listen to the podcast episodes of Comedy Bang Bang he guests in for some really funny stuff.
Also check out his Dead Authors Podcast as well as the Superego podcasts. Both are simply hilarious
Oh and his Made Man interviews here on youtube. Very cool and very interesting
Cakeboss (cakeboss)
Threedom
I cannot listen to any podcast episode with pft on it in public because i end up looking like a crazy person because of how hard I am laughing and crying due to said laughter.
PFT had a couple of real doozies. I loved his semi-structured improv Pod, whose title escapes me.
Maybe the “Pod F. Thompcast”?
*Clink*
Who's that dog? Mr. Peanutbutter!
P.F.T is my favorite human on earth.
Checkout my Channel, I got Bars Son! 😂
I want PFT and Conan to do an old timey remote 💖💕
That random Tom Arnold cameo in the story is so right up Conan's Humor! lol
I love PFT but I think he may have painted himself in a corner with all of his extremely dapper suits. I couldn't imagine him working out in anything less than something with pinstripes.
He is sooo like Mr. PeanutButter in real life too!! 😂😂 This guy is soooo underrated
hey it's me, ball droid, i gotta roll on outta here!!!!
this man is an American Treasure
Master storyteller! Love Paul!
doggy doggy what now?
lol I love how every time he mentions Tom Arnold in the story he needs to use his full name
this guy looks like he is supposed to have an English accent
Like a Bond villain
He used to look like such a dork on mr show, too! Hes great
YO MATT WHATS THOSE CUBES
also where's my free hat
paul is just too adorable XD
The part with Tom Arnold was funny as hell! XD
He was funny in Curb as lawyer.
Oh ya, Swede lawyer
PFT is the only man to pull off a pinstripe suit with a mustache
I laughed so hard during this interview. I wasn't aware of how funny Paul Tompkins was :D
probably the best improv guy/gal in the biz
this man is a genius.
PFT, andy daly, and andy richter are some of the most generous improv people a comedian could hope to work with. all brilliant
The informant is a really good movie. I’ve seen it like 6 times
I was waiting for him to say "The Hank Hippopopolous Hip Hop Hypotheses"
I love Paul F. Tompkins.
My Breathing Fuel! Haha I LOVE Andy
One of my favorites of his stories!
Notorious PFT
pft makes me laugh so effortlessly i love him
lol this crowd is terrible.
i been watching a bunch of PFT videos this evening and it seems like...a lot of crowds don't really get him and it makes me sad.
He's a great litmus test.
WHAT WERE THOSE CUUuUUuUUUBES!?!?!?!!?
Love him and his co-star, D-Day, in There Will Be Blood. Classic cinema.
He's a great story teller.
He was in the pick of destiny... finally figured it out. =]
How does this not have millions of views?
What is this? A crossover episode?

Suit game is on point
Ever since BoJack Horseman, I just hear Mr Peanutbutter
I like this guy. Why haven't I seen more of him?

You should also check out "Spontanenation". Which is a new podcast where he and his friends do improv comedy. It's awesome.
mattsconscience Seconding this. Spontanenation is brand new, but it's already shaping up to become a classic.
I can see a pair of sunglasses on his head..😅MrPB
Paul F. Thompkins would possibly make a good Toyman in a Superman movie. He's got the look. The Suits and gap in teeth. Don't even design a wardrobe for him just have him show up on set and start filming.
This is not Mr. Peanut Butter. This is Champion the drinker.
*"YO MATT WHAT'S THOSE CUBES???"* LOL !!!
This was the first PFT video I saw on UA-cam; excellent story teller
This video deserve more views !
I love this guy!
A swarthy Ron Burgundy.
Paul is the best lol
Does anybody know what those cubes, and more importantly, what the blue liquid were?
RIGHT?? WHY two bowls and blue liquid??
They're fat burners.
Penn Jillette and Kevin Smith both lost crazy amounts of weight on potatoes. I think they were cubed potatoes.
The blue liquid was probably just decorative. HollywoodNs weird 😂
I love Paul so I thought this was awesome......then Andy came in shot and I revised my estimation to mega awesome!! Wish it was the whole thing, I love those guys. They were awesome on Comedy Bang Bang!!
Love that PFT!
I love this guy.
No idea who this guy was, previous to watching this, but he's funny as fuck
Can't wait for Superego season 4!
Paul F. Tompkins is so goddamn funny. He's just a genuinely funny person. Conan and Andy are too, but I'm talking about PFT right now, OK??
Paul F. Tompkins is very funny.
Still interested in the cubes!!!!
The floating un bright blue water in a smaller bowl part is still a mystery..🤔
It’s Mr. Peanutbutter!
His existence is fly.
awesome dude
Hes such a great story teller and damnit if he wasn't looking sharp in that suit!
A magnificent story.

As funny as he is as himself, I want to see him interviewed as Buddy Valestro! He is the boss of these cakes! Cake Boss!
Grimes eats caffeine infused mystery cubes to gently rouse her awake. They’re probably $3500 per cube.
This guy is very funny. Never came across him before. Must search out more
Id recommend Bojack Horseman as he plays Mr. Peanutbutter, Old Beyond Belief episodes of The Thrilling Adventure hour, and his episodes with the Dead Pilots Society!
Julia Burch I’d also say watch his bits on comedy bang! bang!
PFT always wears dope threads
Two of my favorite funny people. THREEDOM!!!
He was in Anchorman
PFT is one of my favorite human beings on earth.
jib janeen!
he has the power of the second sight
Ohhh, Tom Arnold
Why do I have a feeling the blue liquid, is that stuff they use in Maxi-Pad commercials?
He was funny as the club owner/Devil in The Pick of Destiny :P
PFT IS THE BEST!
you have to have an epic moustache like that to pull off a suave suit like that.
He's got a very Ron Burgundy-esque style
He looks like the guy from ratatouille if he was 49 yr old and unemployed.
Is this the same guy from altered carbon? Also didnt connect that he's mr. Peanut butter until I seen the comments
i didn't know cake boss was on conan!
Cake boss!
Pft is the king of podcasts
