Please return your old timing video. It was much more detailed and so much more helpful. I relied on the step by step instructions whenever I needed to replace my rotary hook.

Hi, can you help me please? My machine always pullout the thread after the trims. I’ve checked the hook-timings and tensions and it looks fine. It’s always after trims and the beginning of the stitches. I notice if i pull the thread manually to give it lenght before the itching time it do not happens. Any idea what could be? Thanks a lot!!!
