You need to hold that menu button and flip the switch as I show in the video. Must be exact sequence. The trick is that every Lexus year/model can be different for the service menu because they don’t want you knowing how to fix your own car. You may need to search around more and make sure this works for your particular car. Once you get into the service menu the steps in this video should still apply to most modern Lexus and Toyota vehicles. The reason I made this video is because I could not find one that works for my specific service menu, so when I finally did I wanted to share it with the world.
I so humbly, gratefully, and thank you more than you could imagine. You just saved me $160 for my not having to go to the dealer. Nervous... yes... but your instructions were clear and concise. Thank you......
I was hesitant to try this....not a car repair guy but decided to give it a try after watching and reading a tone of other stuff. Worked exactly as it was shown!!!! Thanks for the video and saving me $250+ at the dealership. 🎉
Check out around 1:25 in the vid. On my car I had to use the “back” (arrow) button to move to the greyed out options, then press and hold to get into it. Not sure if this is different with each model, so you might have to try different buttons.
I could only access this menu in accessory mode, but when I got to function check /setting it would not allow me to go to camera settings, it was highlighted in grey and wouldn’t let me click it. Then when I start the car it exits the service menu and I can’t get back in with it running. 2022 es350.
Every model can be different, so you may have to search around on the Internet and UA-cam to find your specific instructions. That being said, it could still be worth trying the instructions in this video if you have not already.
Just park in a level surface with the car on and turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and all the way to the right and it's solved. If that doesn't work (sometimes it doesn't) then use the long method. I've fixed it that way on several cars.
Yeah… that’s the typical “solution” you will find out there, but that did not work on my car. The exact reason for this video was for me to put something out there that finally worked for me.
This didn’t work for me, I couldn’t get the menu. Otherwise, just keep turning your wheel all the way clockwise and anti-clockwise! Keep doing it until the warning disappears. You’re welcome.
Unfortunately that method did not work for me, I tried it for hours before giving up and figuring out the “correct” way to fix it for my vehicle. Thanks for the comment!
@@TechCloset The right/left all the way works if you are on a level surface - both ways can be correct if it works. Might explain why you have 69 up votes and 1,600 down votes.
Whare is top secret Lexus manue? When I press manue it gives me the regular manue

Hi! How do you get to the menu on a newer model?
Every model can be different, so you may have to search around on the Internet and UA-cam to find your specific instructions.

🙏🏼🙏🏼 lifesaver
